Been using my G9 monitor and been playing ATS for several months now. My experience has been mostly positives. Some of those positives are that I no longer have to use the mouse to turn to look at the side mirrors, especially the passenger side mirrors. I just glance left or right. Second positive is the display with it's sharpness and dark contrast adds so much realism to already a realistic simulations to begin with. The instruments while driving a Kenworth makes it so much more real as you don't see much aliasing of each instruments. One negative is that the monitor does gives off quite of bit of heat than a regular OLED screen. But this is minor however, as I probably would not be able to go back to normal OLED/LED screen sizes at this point.
Hi, First modify config.cfg file in your Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/ set value 4 for multimon mode >> uset r_multimon_mode "4" . Then download from my link multimon_config.sii and put it to same folder as config.cfg is. I used first this configuration with three 24" monitors what were virtually made one with NVIDIA surround. Later I tried this conf with single 49" and it worked fine also with that.
(RTX2070 , i9-9900K , 32GB ram), it depends of scenery and AI traffic etc , but now when I got TrackIR5 , I removed virtual 3 monitor configuration and use only single view , I have average 40 fps...
