I consider you very generous for sharing these lovely and detailed menus! I’m looking at my calendar to find a morning I can host this breakfast. Thank you!
I agree, the effort is evident and I so appreciate it. I was very timid in the kitchen but Beth has shown me I can pull it off. My family’s been so impressed 😂
I would add strawberries as a fruit add on. Simple lovely idea. How nice would it be to share this casual breakfast board in the family room with mom don’t forget to bring the newspaper.
I’ve made these 100 times….easy and delicious. I grate my butter into the mixture so it’s easier to combine. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. 💕 from an expat in MX
Beth you should be on tv. You should have a whole show. You’re so warm and accessible and your food looks delicious. You balance homemade and store bought so well. And as a viewer you can see how passion you are about food
hi Beth, just wanted to post an appreciative comment with you, I love every single video you upload and I am cooking your recipes for years now! and they are always a hit. you are a true gem to me!!! I am vegetarian but I still watch nearly all of your recipes and adjust things here and there. love from Istanbul xo
Aww thank you :) That's so kind of you to say! I'm so glad you can adjust the recipes here and there for a vegetarian diet. It's funny in College I waited Tables at a Turkish Restaurant (it was so much fun!) and they used to serve the most amazing salad platters with all these wonderful Vegetarian Dishes on it :) Made me want to visit Turkey someday!
You are so great. I love watching how you make things look so elegant. I've learnt so much from you over the years and have me some beautiful copies of your table and food designs. Everyone always remarks on them and I give you full credit ! Thanks so much
Aww grazie Silvia!! So glad you enjoy them!! So many great memories of traveling in Italy with my sister and Dad :) and husband too! We went to Positano for our honeymoon :) almost 21 years ago this May!
Hi Beth, Your wonderful presentation style is inspiring! And I will definitely use the bacon on the rack tip - great to have our ovens do double duty! Hope you have a wonderful Mother’s Day. Best, Karen
