I’m a Newcastle fan, and You’re lot can beat Arsenal, they haven’t been great this season and you’ve got some really good players who have done unbelievably well so far, just a bit unfortunate for you that we started playing well, against Chelsea, and then against Arsenal, i thought you were gonna beat us in all honesty, especially after the first half, but yeah i think you’ll give Arsenal a good game, hopefully you get three points, good luck ⬛️⬜️⬛️
Was a good game first half and we looked like evenly matched teams. Fair play to Newcastle, they broke well and took their chances, was a great finish from Joelinton. It's only one game, onwards and upwards. Youuuuu Redssss!
As a Newcastle fan, you guys have been awesome this season, we were mad to sell wood, he’s a very very useful player to have, he gives you something different particularly if you need to go direct which let’s face it often times everyone does. Hope Anderson goes on to have a terrific career at forest, proper football club with a proud history, great that you’re back in the EPL, I remember that period around 15 years back when all these rinky dink sides like Wigan and stoke were in the top division and the likes of forest leeds the sheffields were languishing, the latter three are there again sadly, but those are the fixtures you want as a fan, great away days/atmosphere etc
@TDM1165 Thanks for the comment mate. We've surprised ourselves with how well we're going atm, I think most of us would have been happy with anything above 15th before the start. Now we have to look higher and keep pushing but not be too disappointed if we fall off a bit. 🤞 Surprised with NUFC start to the season, your a good side and I would've said you'd be pushing for a top 6 finish. 2 wins on the bounce now though, you still can if you hit form now. Good luck! Agree, it would be nice to see some of the old clubs back up here with us too. 👍
Better set-piece organisation in the moment made Newcastle's first, overcommitment in our attack their second, slim margins their third (Barnes could probably pee through a needle's eye, by the look of it.) That said, you can't stretch a game for the full ninety and not expect to get punished by savvy opposition. An entertaining lesson learned, hopefully. Congrats to Murillo.
