    नहीं आते भारतीय रेलवे सर्विस वाले कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी प्राइवेट सेक्टर को मौका दे सभी कम्प्लेन सॉल्व जायेगे

    Railway minister को जो ग्रुप डी की भर्ती में अभी मेरिट जारी होने के बाद सीट घटा दिया इस का निवारण करके स्टूडेंट को पोस्ट देनी चाहिए।इन के साथ जस्टिस करना चाहिए।यह बेचारे कभी आरआरसी v aur kabhi जंतर मंतर पर चक्कर काट रहे है

    Behtar hoga ki koi WhatsApp number jari kiya Jaye taaki log chalti train mei aa rahi pareshani bata sake apne PNR number aur problem k photo ya video k saath.
    Yeh number wash basin k paas likha hona chahiye , jo gate k paas hoti h aur kuchh khas trains ko chorh kar aksar gundi rehti h . Aksar Pani bhi nahi aata h.
    Kuchh passengers bhi sahi upyog nahi karte h.
    Aam janta abhi Twitter per complaint nahi kar paati h.

    समस्याओं का स्थायी निवारण ज़रूरी है,शिकायतें कम हो तो समझिये की रेलवे में सुधार हो रहा है,साफ सफाई,केटरिंग में खाने की गुणवत्ता, ओवर प्राइसिंग में सबसे ज्यादा शिकायतें हैं।

    Sir, the Government has taken good steps in passenger amenities. But, we need good speed, so that we can reach on time and meet our family members. 10 days ki leave mein 4 days travelling (up &down) between Mumbai & Varanasi. Half of leave goes in travelling, speed kabhi badhegi?😂

      Mumbai to Varanasi 4 din train mein?
      Lagta hai tu har station pe utar ke rest leta hoga 2 ghate ka aur train change karta hoga.

      You are right 👍 that one person was saying he recieves 500 compliants daily . How can one person handle 500 complaints?? Paagal hojayega woh.

      Ek chote se room mein 10 log bethe hai aur wo handle karenge pure railway system ki compliant ko😂😂

    Very nice initiative by indian railways. My experience is I raised a request for information about parcel , and got step by step solution in 20 min .... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
    As i understand this is escalation team , initially ground team is providing help and if it escalate then the role of war room start.
    Medical assistance initiative ❤
    But in my opinion there should be some process to escalate the issue which i dont find in rail madad.
