Big ups to the homie for this. People tend to look and stare at you strange for being different. Things like thia really shouldnt be a big deal ever. No one deserves to feel like less of a person because of what makes them different. I, personally have a disfigured feet where both my ankles are skewed sideways and because of that i have a limp, and I'd be afraid to wear shorts, sandals or skinnys because of how out there it is and I'd be afraid of what people may say behind my back or in my face even. People can be cruel and that does a number on your self esteem. Especially if you've had to deal with it your whole life. The bullying, the comments people made ('Why do you walk funny' was the worst)... but you get to a point in your life when you realise people will always have something to say about you and you have no control over that. But you do have control over how you react to situations. Ebrace your imperfections because thats what makes you perfect.
