XG is a dance crew. XG is a rap supergroup. XG is a vocal powerhouse. Trust me, once you go down the Alphaz route nothing will ever be the same! Other than all their MV's, you'll definitely want to check out their Tapes where the rap line spits bar over pre-existing beats. And then the Xtra Xtra documentary which will tell you all about the X-Galaxy project. However it is 9 episodes which average an hour-long, so it's quite a commitment but soooooooooo worth it.

XG Xtraordinary is a Japanese Hip-Hop & R&B Global girl group, sings in English. XG 7 members are Vocalists, Rappers, and Dancers, XG speaks 3 languages, English, Japanese, and Korean. XG 4 Main Rappers, rap in English, Japanese, and Korean. XG 3 Main Vocalists, occasionally rap behind scene with rappers. XGALX Entertainment wasn't ready for Cocona shaved look back in the beginning of her career. Cocona been rapping since elementary. Cocona joined XGALX Entertainment when she was 11 years old. Xg are definitely one of the best girl groups out there right now. While they are not rap centered Woke Up was there first full rap song. They have 4 rappers, Jurin-The one in the football helmet, Maya-The one in the suit, Harvey-The one who was dressed in all black, and Cocona-The youngest and the one who shaved her head. All of their official music is sung and rapped in English even though all the members are Japanese. One the side they release XG tapes that show their different styles and talents performing in Korean, English, and Japanese. For their concept it was never set but it primarily has been Alien like with hints hip hop. Each member has worked extremely hard to get where they have gotten and are extremely good at dancing, singing, and rapping. I recommend listening to much more of their songs and watching MVs because their music videos are always amazing and so well produced even though they are a smaller group. For each comeback they go full out with their outfits and makeup not being scared to do things never done before.
XG is often referred to as X-Pop, rather than J or K-Pop.

As you can see, XG has quite the enthusiastic fan base. Starting with "Woke Up" is definitely going to be overwhelming, there are so many references to previous releases and the story of the group in the video and lyrics. Almost all their songs have a rap element, but they also have great vocalists - this comeback was promoted as the first one that was all rap and where all the members rap.
Rest assured, if you go back and do reactions to past XG content, Alphaz will be here for it!

about Mark's 200 , he said that 106 and 94 adds up to 200 bcs it has more emotion and not exactly half and half , like "you're 106 which is above me 94" thats what i remember
Yeah this!! I really loved his explanation because It's like a much more romantic approach to both partners being equal halves, to him the other person equates to more than a half, which is why instead of going 100+100=200 , he chose 106+94=200 to express that.
soojin really went off with her mini album! mona lisa was good, I agree with you on the chorus, but the songs that really stuck out to me were the b-sides, they are some of my favorites from this year! she served pure summer realness
