I stopped myself from doing it cause they're siblings but they were like the main female and main male character in the show and fought all the time, can't help but ship. :D I wish there was an alternative universe where they're just childhood friends and not related.

Honestly I think Disney's casting was messed up. As much as I think their roles were great individually I feel like they (selena and david) had too much chemistry to play siblings which lead to a lot of people shipping them which is... messed up

So, I just randomly had the realization that Justin is the Wizards of Waverly place equivalent of Alec Lightwood on Shadowhunters...like, they're different characters (Justin's straight, Alec is gay AF, for example), but like...kinda the same. They both have that snarky older brother who's a stickler for the rules thing, with the younger sister who can play him like a fiddle and knows him better than he does himself half the time...does anyone else see the similarity, or am I just weird and overly obsessed with Shadowhunters?
