I think the water has to be at least 3 deep under the bobber to get treasure items so dig it a bit deeper in the middle there and you should start getting some good stuff.
Fish in open deep water-meaning the fishing spot must be at least 5x5 blocks wide and 2 blocks deep, with nothing above it that obstructs the sky-to increase your chances of catching treasure loot. Kelp, lily pads, coral fans, and bubble columns are allowed in the open deep water area. Fishing when it rains also shortens the time it takes to catch something. 🎣I enjoy fishing as well.
I think you need to have a 5x5 body of water with water sources to get treasure loot. And there is a higher chance of treasure to spawn in "Deep Ocean" biome. I love the windmill. Very cosy and cottage core! You should make a barn for sheep and cows next to the windmill. That would fit the vibes and maybe a well. Some other build ideas are a chicken coop, pig pen, goat barn and stables for horses and donkeys. I think the bridge looks good but instead of slabs perhaps you could use spruce trapdoors leading up to the stairs by the fences. And maybe you could make it a covered bridge. You can put azaelia leaves or oak leaves on top of the covering/roof and it would look even better. Perhaps you could do some terraforming and make the canyon link up to the ocean so it becomes a proper river? Great start though!
