Stock RX7 FDs are limited to 8600 rpm max on stock ecu, a stock rx7 cannot physically get 9000 rpm even if its off the ground plus even if you had a 10000 rpm build i dont think anyone in the right mind would be dumb enough to "spend most of its time over 9000 rpm" it would get gaskets per gallon not miles per gallon plus you would blow the engine within a week. quite clearly you are out of your mind and your car knowledge comes from mobile racing games

after all forza is an arcade game and shows little respect to realistic physics so yeah i guess anything will look smooth if the game helps it look smooth in its clasdic arcade manner
@Aris Yuuki agreed, games like AC or even GT sport GT 7 mimic realistic physics and drifting on those games is way more fun than drifting without any influence of grip or oversteer or boost lag like in forza.
They should add damaged engine physics to the game cause u best believe when that rx7 been sitting that long u best believe that thing ain't gonna run right
