Debt money is what drives the engine of imperialism when it doesn't have to be this way. Well, about 25 years ago, my strategy paper was titled “The Peaceful Rise of China”. I wont win any book prize for that, because that institution didn’t like China much LOL. My prediction then was 2030 for China GDP to exceed the USA. (China has surpassed in 2017 based on PPP, and at 3x faster rate, it could bypass by 2028 or 2030 on the dot).
