how do you note the disc position relative to the motor shaft?.. I disassembled mine but no mark to note.. after assembly, it couldnt run- encoder error..

Can you please rephrase your question so I better understand? Are you asking about the physical placement of the encoder, or the tolerance of the electrical angle? Usually that should be +/- 3 electrical degrees to insure adequate alignment so the motor runs properly in the customer's machine.
