Self-cooking challenge, Pre-prepared mass production, BH Life, July 2024

My wife and I live in Belo Horizonte (BH), Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Due to circumstances, I am living alone for a while. I'm almost running out of pre-prepared foods and retort food, so I decided to make a conscious effort to cook for myself for the first time since I was stationed here. The goal is to produce enough food stock for three weeks.
