Thank you for addressing the bolt release discharge issue! Good to know that mine is not functioning properly and should not be firing like it does. Looking forward to seeing if that spring on the probe is the issue. Great Work. !!!
Because I had that happen to me I am just as interested as you are and I will find out exactly what the issue is I almost want to pull my flash apart and just test the pressure or diameter in to see if they are the same kind of spring or more or less tension in each rifle but I'll try to get to that when I start tuning this flashpup
AIRGUNNERS EDGE I’m looking forward to watching and learning ! I Love this PCP. My first Bullpup. Handles perfectly, great feel and quality. Can’t wait to see what you can do to boost the performance. Thanks again!
I need to know more about this. I own the hatsan at44-10. But I am interested in this flashpup. I have kids so if this is going to be a issue even without modifying the rifle I'd rather not buy it.
That air stripper looks awesome on this rifle and makes it even shorter! I wonder if there is a way to utilize the air stripper within the QE shroud with some modifications.
The seven turns out depends on how you have the trigger setup. It will change when adjusting the trigger. I like a long first stage and a light break. So adjust the trigger first. I have a Bullboss (same basic trigger and hammer setup) and notice it changed when adjusting the trigger how I liked it. I had a miss fire putting a hole in my sleeping bag. Good thing I need a new one. Also would not cock after the miss fire. I would adjust the screw on the hammer spring all the way in, adjust the trigger, then adjust the hammer spring to be safe.
If you ever need to remove these , I use those dental tools that have the hook at the end , made taking these out super easy and the two plastic tubes at the end just falls out
Awsome the same as my bullboss 25cal , I bet that flash would look killer with a suppressor moderator , now on hatsan counter clockwise to increase power and clockwise to decrease on hammer spring .
The breather hole in the shroud is it off to the side or is it supposed to be directly underneath so you don't see it just because mine is off to the side and you can see it and it's kind of aggravating but if they're all supposed to be like that then obviously not a big deal
I prefer to have the QE lettering strait with the gun, It's not necessary to have the vent hole facing down, one of mine actually does come out to the side.. You can also loosen up the QE shroud and turn it in any position you would like..
I just this rifle back because it wont cock. I dont think a new gun needs to be work new out of the box. So i bought the bullboss instead. There is not a oring up the muzzle cap or the grove on the barrel. My bt65 was bought new also and does not have them either.
Sorry I know this an older post, but I have a flash and when I adjust the hammer spring all the way in cw I'm still at 35 foot pounds, is this normal? I would really like to be at 26 foot pounds but doesn't seem to go that low.
There is a spacer in front of the Spring you could put a shorter spacer which will reduce the hammer Spring pressure wich should give you the FPS you want, This is a different video but it shows the spaceer ... Hope this helpsr...ruclips.net/video/HsWhjBhYxmE/видео.html
@@airgunnersedge4061 coolness so if you have a super tuned and loud loud version of this or bullboss it will accept a screw on suppressor.😊 Using mine for hunting and pesting.
Really enjoying your videos brother. Just some quick information on the Hatsans Shroud it looks like it takes o'rings but they don't take no o'rings there. I have a few of them and none of them have ever had a ring on the barrel or on the nut that holds the Shroud to the barrel. Happy shooting. 👍✌🇺🇸
@@airgunnersedge4061 Yes in the cap there is a really fine o-ring. I remember the first time I took apart my Hatsan bullboss the Shroud Bolt that has the little pin holes on it for ventilation I thought there was an O-ring That was supposed to go on top of that. After doing some research and of course buying another Hatsan I learned that there wasn't an O-ring that went on it. I guess we live and learn. I've been going through Hatsan refurbished rifles and looking for the flashpup. Not in stock. But I'm patient. Can't wait to see how that flash pup comes out brother. I was able to catch up on your videos today. After my Tennessee Titans got their butt kicked. but at least I had your videos to put a smile on my face brother
@@airgunnersedge4061 Thank you but I was interested in the thread/pitch or size of the barrel nut for the QE shroud. I should have been more in my clear original message. Thank you again for your response,
It’s a stupid ass design. That nut has come slightly loose a cpl times on my hydra. When that happens it causes a shift in POI. Plus that nut is right on the end of the barrel pushing against the shroud. That being said any bump or pressure put on that shroud with move that barrel ever so slightly. Especially with the hydra that doesn’t even have a band. Really shitty by hatsan in my opinion
Excellent video! It also worked for the Gladius Long .25.
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for this video forgot to put the cap on shot and it all shot out its all good now phew..
lol. I did the exact same thing. One of my clear plastic spacers broke but I was able to 3D print a new one.
This is why I like the Hatsan(s) Without the QE . Way better to put a Hatsan silencer on the "normal" version. Much much more quiet.
Awsome the same as my bullboss 25cal , I bet that flash would look killer with a suppressor moderator , now on hatsan counter clockwise to increase power and clockwise to decrease on hammer spring .
Yes that is correct on the hammer adjustment

@@airgunnersedge4061 Thanks!! I was baffled by the ccw tension till I seen how it works. Great Instructions 👍.
My correction. it's a 14mm socket
What is the thread size on the barrel? Thanks in advance
Do you know if the qe shroud on te hatsan break barrels is removeble the same way? The front sight on my 95 QE vortex looks to be canted a bit.
Thank you. That is very helpful. Do you know the thread?? Hopefully half by 20??
14mm nut and yes 1/2 x20

What's the thread size of the barrel not the end of the Shroud but actual Barrel threads?
So, if you wanted. Could you remove the QE shroud permanently and run an after market moderator like a DonnyFL etc?
The donnyFL has an adapter for the XE shroud...
@@airgunnersedge4061 Yeah, I saw that.
Was just curious if you can go shroud'less - to cut down on OAL.
the flashpup without QE is a bit loud, definetly going to buy the Stripper and shoot with it :D
