My projector does not recognize any device, notebook, iphone and pen-drive. I connected the right cables, but he does not recognize them. What should I do?

The attached photo is of the projector projecting onto my white closet doors. I still have not messed with the settings but I can't wait for our first family movie night on a larger scale. If you have issues with volume not working with your firestick, go into volume settings and you will find your solution there.

And if you tried it with a laptop and usb what more could it possibly want?! There's one called Elephaso or something, might try that or get a pricer one. The disappointment is a lot.

Hi I got the same problem in the first place. If this still troubles you, please check your usb's file system. In my case, I have two usbs: one was in NTFS, and yet another was in FAT. The one in NTFS did its job. And yes, I formatted the another one to NTFS. Both of them function well now. Though I didn't try other file systems, my best guess is that this device only accepts usbs in NTFS.
Mine doesn't work with cables, it doesn't show phones mirror at all. It would be nice to know what to do.. I've try it with Huawei Honor 8x. I read somewhere that this projector should work with Android phones.

From my experience, text files and presentations do not work. But audio, picture and video works perfectly.
