Congratulations on 3rd place! An amazing adventure. I never thought of Morocco as a cycling destination. I'd love to ride there someday.

You are both awesome! The techies out here would love it if you included details. Volts, amps, storage, motor type/ size, phone charging, connectivity?

I've been a big fan of the Sun Trip for years. I ride two and three wheel recumbents and hope to build a solar ebike some day myself. Good job!

Getting a heavilly loaded recumbent tandem over the Pyrenees (little sun) is no mean feat. Respect.

I love these types of videos, but the AI narrator really detracted from the video.

They should have made the the panel on top at a least 18 inches wider for more solar cells. They could have pulled a trailer behind them with a couple of solar panels on it as well. Perhaps a small wind generator would have been helpful also.

Interesting that there weren’t any land yacht/solar bikes. Seems a perfect application of both technologies. If the solar array can be rigged to do double duty, why not?

Do you know if the bikes had special permission to be speed pedelecs (more than 250 Watt) without a license plate?

Gosh its all a bit Heath Robinson 😂....
Would double sided panels helped in any way?..plus gyroscopic stabiliser..

Sustaining an average of 227,5 km/day for over a month in all kinds of weather is absolutely awesome. But go ahead, do better!

The ai voice over and ass chat gpt writing ruined what clearly cost you thousands to make and shoot.
