Pranjal, I must say you are a very good teacher. I am a teacher myself in a completely different area, and taking interest in investment, absolutely beginner in this area. Cant judge the content but teaching methodology and breaking the concept down so that even a beginner can understand is an art and shows ones grasp on the topic of discussion .You are doing it very nicely. As Einstein said " If you cant explain it a six year old , you don't understand it yourself ". Keep educating !

Share market investments are subject to market risk do your own research or follow someone's research you trust upon, then only invest. don't come over one's saying and invest. Many a times layman are bullied to create demand in the market so that corrupt people can sell their equities of companies(which does not have such good fundamentals) at high price.

Hello pranjal i have one question
If consolidaed statement is good then that company is depended on other company so it might be not good.
it is not depended it is a joint venture. company wants to also collaborate with other company so it might also mean that company as a good earning so they are collaborating
Pranjal one question -
Why does someone give a loan of around 1000 cr for the company of market cap of just 22 cr.
Note: Even if they have given them 500cr and later it became 1000cr still.
Like he said market cap just shows companies valuation at that point of time (marketcap= share price*no of shares), share prices change depending on the market. What if the company is at its growth phase and requires money to expand or it could also mean that the company has losses (debt does not indicate on borrowing))
