Ye wala heat sink bilkul bekar hai mai bhi lia tha. Acchi cooling k liye maine CPU cooler liye to kucchh accha result aya. Vaise RUclips me isse ac bnate hai sab ullu bnate hai sale. Ye peltier projects ke chakkar me mere 10000 rupye kharch ho gye

When we use cpu fan to cool the heat sink, do we need to blow outside air into the heat sink or do we need to suck the air from the heat sink? Which will give good result pls clarify

Blow air to heat shink. We have to cool the heat shink for better temperature output

You cannot touch with hand and measure when you know that your hand is hot, you can use a tweezer or something else other vise is not accurate.
