Bora did a great job. She's a really great main vocalist. She is also very good at rapping, dancing and leadership. She can speak Japanese, she's trying to learn Chinese to communicate better with his teammate, the debuting group needs her. Please VOTE FOR HER or she will be eliminated. Don't give up your vote by hoping that she will get the planet pass. Because they will probably give the planet pass to Myah or someone else.
i agree with that planet pass. myah is the favorite. just sad they didnt let her try other genre. shes talented but she needs to prove herself more.

I'm so sad for Bora, she really needed that benefit. That's why she was crying at the end of the performance, she knows that without it she won't survive. The masters didn't even praise her when she did the best in my opinion. Please give your last vote to her. She would make the best main vocal 💜

I have a (bad) feeling that Mnet doesn’t want her in the final line up, so they cut her parts, don’t give her spotlight and probably doesn’t include compliments for her in the editing. It is Mnet old story that they predetermined the final line up. However, it is just a guess.
@@bibleartpreneurbyleoni3980 From my view, Mnet has shown that they super want her in the line-up in every single episode, from reaction and funny screentime to leader-ing screentime of her. They even showed that Bora was in danger 2 days before the episode to tell people to vote for her. In addition, they can't rig the lineup this time because the Universe app is controlled partly by the government. They can rig it by evil editing and bad screentime distribution tho.
Lots of people in the comment section don't know that some people like Xing Qiao start to laugh when they get nervous or when they get criticised. It has nothing to do with lazyness or making fun of the other people.

some people dont realise that some people have the reflex of laughing or smiling in awkward or uncomfortable scenarios, not because they think its funny but because they cannot help it and they dont have bad intent. Xingqiao is the only one among them that does not have prior formal dance training and has such low self esteem as it is, please be respectful, she is trying. Also regarding the crying scene in the previous episode you can find the thread on twitter that proves that mnet edited it to seem that xq cried when shana was singing but that was not the case, do not fall for evil editing :)

It’s cause she’s from cgroup trust if she was from kgroup she’d be getting all the pity comments and support… people don’t realise how casually xenophobic and even racist some of their comments have come across on this show. Cgroup is mistranslated, evil edited, used like a pawn and set up by mnet yet suddenly these things don’t exist for cgroup and only apply to kgroup. I don’t mention jgroup cause tbh they get it just as bad with barely any screen time so we wouldn’t even known how they are treated. Honestly good luck to mnet thinking they can make a 7 Kgroup and 1 c and j group final group without loosing majority of fans and followers.

@@user-us8mf2ry4q I feel like she adds balance to the team, I’ve watched all the seasons of produce and youth with you in both Korea and China and the debut groups always have a good balance of talented trainees and also trainees that have just started training etc and they bring a good balance to the group, it looks more cohesive.

After reading all the negative comments about Xing Qiao, I just have to say my piece.
Yes, I’m a Xing Qiao stan, but even if I wasn’t, I would still think that her smile wasn’t disrespectful and her hand misplacement at the start wasn’t even much of a big deal, I mean I know we all expect so much from her/them since they’ve been doing this for some time but no matter how used you are to doing certain things, there will always be a glitch or memory block from time to time and it’s okay. Just because another team corrected her on her wrong hand gesture, it doesn’t mean shes lazy or mindless or doesn’t care about her team, and most especially, her laugh meant so much more like embarrassment rather than being rude. It happens to everyone. We can expect so much from people like them but no matter what, they have weaknesses and we should accept that their individuality can cause different reactions on how they cope with criticism.
Yes, it’s a serious situation, I think she knows that, and I also think that Jang Ju Hee just have a different interpretation of how Xing Qiao acted and thats on her, but you shouldn’t just side with her because she’s a mentor, you can see that Xing Qiao’s actions meant no harm, she shouldn’t be sorry for being a slow learner, and she also is not a burden, not when you can actually see her trying.
I’m defending her not as a stan but because I know what it’s like when people misjudge your actions and don’t give you room for consideration.

What irks me the most is not about her lack of ability to read the room but when she's saying that's her limit... It's just that she's really bringing the group down because she has 'reached' her limit 😑
it’s not just her wrong hand gesture at the beginning, she lost her timing, she even skipped her part with chaehyun n they just performed half of the song here so she made a lot of mistakes, if she got scolded it’s for her own good bcs you need to be discipline as a performer, and for laughing? that’s just not it. do people really laugh when ur mom scolded them? no right? she’s pretty and talented but if she’s wrong then we can’t deny it

I think the core of the problem is the imbalance between the skill sets of xing qiao and the other trainees, xingqiao doesn't have any concrete dancing experience/skills while others are either debuted idols or highly trained trainees. Putting them together makes the disparity between their dancing even bigger. I can understand why the mentors dislike xing qiao attitude. When you see a bunch of straight As student and u suddenly see a student getting C, teachers in Asia always thinks it's the student's attitude problem, telling them they are not working hard enough but in reality some people jus have different learning speed, different environment that shapes their learning abilities but no the teacher can't see that.
All they see is you have the same amount of lessons as the others why can't u get an A as well
I have suffer that kinda discrimination from teacher for many years so I can easily recognize it

From the full performance, XingQiao did so great! just the evil edit that made her mistake looks overexaggerated. Anyone who dares to blame her should blame their own for not understanding how weak in dancing she is but she tried really hard and the show was not that bad. She deserves understanding not incrimination.

What I see during interim performance for Huang Xingqiao… Someone who’s having difficulty because of lack of formal dance training and language barrier
What I see during actual performance for Huang Xingqiao.. One who performs seamlessly together with her team
Is she aware of what she’s lacking? Yes, she is well aware of her lack in dancing skills as compared to others. BUT she has the desire to improve and she shows it with her actions. I’m sure she put in a lot of effort and time in order to make this transformation.
Is she worried that she would affect the rest of the team? Yes, she is aware, and in her previous performance she has said that she doesn’t want to let her team down.
Honestly, she has 2 big obstacles to face when it comes to learning and performing a dance song, imagine the pressure she’s under as she can see how others have picked up the moves already. Yet, she shines each time round as she gives her best. And she sounds so stable while dancing which shows the good vocal and stamina skills that she already possess
If Shana stayed and Xingqiao left, maybe Utopia would have gotten the benefit. I'm so sorry. Bora needed this benefit. Although she did a great job, maybe she will be eliminated now. I really want to cry. Mentors didn't mention her, didn't give a word of praise. This girl doesn't deserve this. Please vote for Bora. She shouldnt be eliminated.

I think ZXQ could be trained as a soloist as her singing at the fan meeting is impressive. Being an idol requires skills in many areas and it will be difficult for her to catch up.

She knows firsthand how much effort she's put into keeping up with those around her, who also have years of experience over her. Of course she's not going to be the best, but she tried her hardest and still produced fairly good results. Pretty impressive for having started dancing a couple months ago.

Huang Xingqiao obviously isn't the best but I applaud her efforts to keeping up with her peers. It can be frustrating when you're not getting the choreography and you're way behind everyone on memorizing it. I hope she takes this as a learning lesson that she should practice more harder than anyone else to prove to the people watching that her efforts is what brought her this far into the competition. It's been said time and time again that she doesn't have the experience or not as good as everyone else when it comes to dancing. Her vocals are sub-par at best in my opinion but she's not terrible.
If I'm being honest, there are times when Huang Xingqiao impresses me like in Fiesta, and other times she's alright. In All About You she did okay for me. I was more mesmerized by Yeyoung tbh. Maybe I had high expectations because I love that song by Taeyeon. Anyway I'm glad the time practicing for Utopia paid off because she seems to have done better in the performance but she did make a mistake. So good effort still.

How come most of the c group get evil editing? Mnet is trying so hard to get a 1C3j5k lineup, why not just debut the top 3 of every group? That way you don’t risk not having enough korean members.

I do not understand why they are so hard on Xing Qiao, the truth is as if they had not seen the program and the evil edits that Mnet does, first with Yaning then with Cai Bing and now with Xing Qiao, she is not a great dancer but she does your best attempt remember that she did not train to dance and sing at the same time, and the parts where she smiles when she is scolded never felt distressed? You can tell that she was distraught maybe smiling is her way of hiding how she feels she has low self-esteem she doesn't feel like she's good but she really has a great vocal and if they keep throwing hatred at her and saying she doesn't deserve to debut or be in the TOP 9 it makes the person feels worse, don't you think?
