What if you don't want the shape to come to a point? Just to a flat? Like it would with a loft or a tapered extrude. Can you still get this attractor curve to work? Very new to Grasshopper here!

Awesome (again)! I got a question: Are you guys working on a direct connection for API of Revit? Cuz I'd love to see GH for Revit. Dynamo is there already but the community of grasshopper is much bigger than Dynamo's. I could see a future for GH in Revit, using adaptive components families. :D

      Thanks Jonah
Well we are focused on Grasshopper because of its flexiblity in Design but maybe in future we will take a look at dynamo. I guess there is a process called Rhynamo , google it and see how it goes!

@@ParametricHouse Thanks for replying! Yes true! GH is much more flexible than dynamo. But I was wondering. If GH came to revit, I see no future for dynamo anymore. So i would like to know wheter GH is coming for Revit. Or is Autodesk blocking GH for revit and further 'copy' GH and try to compete GH with dynamo? Cuz it would be easier if there was an standard built in tool on Revit, like Dynamo is now shipped in the latest Revit 2020 version.

@@surferboy198 Right! The problem here is that Grasshopper sits on Rhino and that will attract both Architects and Designers. For Revit, Dynamo will only help with BIM design. I believe that is why Dynamo does not grow like Grasshopper. The difference can be found between computational design & BIM. BIM is restricted to building and fabrication but you can use Grasshopper in the early stages of design.
      You're right!
The best solution is to connect Grasshopper directly with Revit! Dynamo will not beat Grasshopper as long as Grasshopper is focused on plugins, community, and UI.

Why don't you search for some Revit plugins in food4rhino.com?
I think there are several plugins that work with revit : Grevit , Hummingbird ,...
