Thank you for your question. To unpair a lost transmitter, you will need to first select the lost transmitter in U-Wavepak. Go to edit and set it to initialize. In the main setup screen, go to send the setting, select the transmitter that was initialized, then press ok. If you need more help, please contact our Hardware Support Team.
hello, I have problems with the program I do not see the initial screen where is the "start" option for data transmission, it sends me first to the "virtual COMP port configuration" then I see the screen where the equipment is discharged and when I click on "exit" the program closes, it does not show me the screen where the "start" comes. HELP!!!!
