After doing this method regularly for about a week now today while doing this I felt like I was bursting out with some kind of happiness it was too little but at the same time very powerful my lips were vibrating like it sometimes happens before crying I was feeling like I was gonna burst out laughing or crying I don't know, my hearbeat was rising tremendously I got afraid but didn't quit even now after doing it my mind is fully blank and when I look at something like an object I can't move my eyes from it. It was such a pleasant expereince.

Actually in meditation when I breathe normally I can't feel that where is actually my breathe going ..but when I take more deep n slow breathe I can actually focus that where it's going...n slow aur deep breathe se mere thoughts bhi kam hote
