Insha allah aj se ye karonga mujhe yaqeen h k mehnat chor ki bhi zia nhn hoti or han be los karna chahta hn jesa ap ne kaha k insan ka masla y h k wo sochta h y karne se kia mila, lekin kuch na milna hi to milna h warna to log subh se uthke rat tak milne hi ki talsh mn rehte hn or sote bhi aram pane k lye hn.     मुझे 2महीने से ज्यादा हो गए है dhiyan करते हुए
    में आप को बता नहीं सकता की पहले से बहुत खुश हु में
    मेरी सारी इक्छा ख़त्म हो गई hai
    मुझे कुछ मिलता है तो ठीक नहीं मिलता तो भी ठीक मुझे किसी भी जीज की लालसा नहीं है

      मैने आजे पहले भी ध्यान का काफी अभ्यास कर चुका हूं बीच मे कुछ घर की समस्या के कारण ध्यान छूट गया था

    After doing this method regularly for about a week now today while doing this I felt like I was bursting out with some kind of happiness it was too little but at the same time very powerful my lips were vibrating like it sometimes happens before crying I was feeling like I was gonna burst out laughing or crying I don't know, my hearbeat was rising tremendously I got afraid but didn't quit even now after doing it my mind is fully blank and when I look at something like an object I can't move my eyes from it. It was such a pleasant expereince.

      Actually in meditation when I breathe normally I can't feel that where is actually my breathe going ..but when I take more deep n slow breathe I can actually focus that where it's going...n slow aur deep breathe se mere thoughts bhi kam hote

    मैं 10 वर्ष से ध्यान करता हूँ कबीर दास जी द्वारा बताया गया ध्यान साधना । आप के दवारा बताई गई साधना भी बिल्कुल ठीक है ।कबीर साधना में शोहं शब्द का जाप करना है श्वास के द्वारा ।बस केवल मंत्र का ही फर्क हैं ।आप की साधना बहुत सुंदर है ।
