Best valid time was 13.57s 400m, the stages are just click bait :D, and you are comparing a f30 probably automatic 8 speed ... this car with an F30 auto gearbox would have been like 13s on 400m so no it was nothing like your car and your car with that little turbo has very high egt`s.

May i ask you a question, how did you fit the turbo to the exhaust manyfold and to the pressure hose (cold side) did you build the parts needed yourself or did you take some parts from BMW that are usually used for the m57 such as intercooler piping, fittings and gaskets? And if so could you tell me which parts you used. I am very interested in putting a bigger/better turbo to my m47 163hp, as my turbo (original Mitsubishi) is not in best condition e.g. turbine shovels are worn and not sharp anymore and has signs of longterm useage (leaking a little bit oil) as it is still the first oem turbo at 363000 km. I have searched for upgrade (hybrid) turbos and was strongly considering buying one from turbosystems. But if there is a better way of swapping the turbo i would definitely go for it to get the best solution. Would be super nice to het some info from you and i have to say i absolutely appreciate your work 👍
The turbo had a custom exhaust mainfold done for it and hot side of it was also modified, however i think best turbo for this car would be a GTB2056 from F10 F30 258hp and maybe a modified m57 6 cyl v-band mainfold.

@@EcuXP_Chiptuning because its hard to find a good company which can build a nice hybrid on thos stock mitsubishi, but as I said nice stage one hybrid with only bigger cold side wheel+bigger ic with wider pipes is a best solution for daily- u dont have to reinforce the clutch, change injectors and you got about 1500kg car with about 500nm with short turbo spool. Your setup is stronger but only for driving faster outside the city.

I do not have a dyno sheet yet... of course it has more lag than stock ... for arround town driver small turbo is better but this is way faster on highway..

535d injectors, 535d.MAF , 4bar map, gtb2060vklr turbo from mercedes 258hp, big intercooler, crank case vent provent, and that is about it car has 2.4bar at 4200rpm from.where it tapers down , runing 2.7bar from 2500rpm to 3500rpm

If you measure by speedometer this one has 5.18s but that is irelevant … and you have F30 automatic 8 speed and N47 engine so it has nothing to do with this car.

Se misca bestial pentru un 320d. Am un prieten cu un 330d 204cp, injectoare 535d turbo hybrid, intercooler si evacuare, 315cp si 710nm pe Dyno la WPP. Se misca identic cu a ta. Ce sa zic, mult succes in continuare cu proiectul, si mai astept video-uri cu mare interes!

Hybrid is shit compared to this … i had hybrid and it is a waste of time and money … i had stock hybrid and alpina d3 hybrid.
