Creative ideas for Mini Amplifer Supply Solar cell

I just made a simple circuit that accidentally crossed my head when I assembled a solar lamp yesterday. what is it,,, I'm wondering if I can turn on the mini pam 8403 amplifier using a mini solar panel with a voltage of 7 volts and a current of 0.200 mA
After a long thought I tried to make it and I tried it turned out to be possible with the materials I used, including:
1. 8403 . pam amplifier module
2. 4 or 2 in . speakers
3. mini solar cells
4. 3.5mm jack input
with the material above I managed to assemble it but there are some shortcomings
ie for less jarring performance because the amperage is small. so if you play the vlume it's fully automatic protective
