I think this is one of my favorite vertical drama couples. Again, when you're starring opposite Sun Yue, it doesn't take much for the drama to be entertaining! He's such an amazing actor. The FL, I have to say is fabulous in matching his quirky comedic timing 😂😂 The constant banter and bickering, along with the support and love they give each other, is AMAZING! I thoroughly enjoyed their dynamic ❤ 9/10

These two are always great together because they PLAY together as a couple. They're so natural and funny. This is a light comedy where they problem solve together and get their happy ending. Bonus points for the ML being clear and concise early on: I like you; I love you; I want to be with you. Aside: The FL's brother is wonderfully adorkable. 😂
Lovely ending. Both main lead became my favorite couples and actors. ML is taken and has charisma of real actor. Talented and attractive. FL cute and talented too. Antagonist characters well done and made the drama lively. All the senior artists also talented and funny. Funny, love and entertaining drama Well done team! Waiting for more of this couple. She thought Sun Yue would back her up with negotiations but he didn't. He claims he never heard about her negotiations with the management which is weird tbh. But Xu Yizhen said he knows as she confided in him. Idk who's really telling the truth but I'm leaning onto Xu Yizhen because Sun Yue's statements keep on changing. Although I do think that the reason he didn't speak up for her is he's scared his career might go down. Very cowardly imo 🤧 In the end, Xu Yizhen terminated her contract with the management and is doing better in a new one.
I love Sun Yue! He always brings such personality to his characters, serious or playful. And he's 🔥. This is the second version I've seen and so far it's the best just for him
This is the third time I've watched this and I guarantee it won't be the last. For comic relief the two mains and the ml sidekick are the best in all of Chinese drama land, there are no others that can compare to the three of them. But.. it wouldn't happen without a great screen writer, director, all the support staff and crew. Great team work❤

I felt like the actors who played the leads really enjoyed working together. There seemed to be a lot of genuine humor between them. That, or they are just really good actors able to fake that.

I love this trio of actors! The FL, ML and the assistant (btw- I’m seriously ready for him to be the ML. Guy has real talent, and he does a lot with his smaller roles! 😉). They are all so talented! It’s just missing that gal that always plays the bad SFL. They’re all so funny! I seriously believe that some of this dialogue has to be ad-libbed and I bet that they all have a hard time holding back their laughter. 😆

I like the roles this FL plays. She is quick, witty, and won't let idiots keep her down, I also like the ML . He doesn't take himself seriously and is prepared to play the fall guy. Good short movie and funny.
....adding to my earlier comment. This makes a nice somewhat upbeat change from the usual weak FL scenarios where there is a ton of abuse. Right now I'm under a lot of stress and I watch dramas to get away from it all. This one truly has me smiling and laughing. The ML is one of my new favorites as I have seen a few of his other dramas.
