Add effect : spin blur
Spin blur settings :
Angle : 1.5°
Add a rectangle, stretch/fill to screen, zoom it a little to fully cover the screen.
Add effect : Copy backround
Duplicate layer until there are 4 layers of rectangles
Adjust the length of the rectangles to the end of the clip.
On the first layer add gradient overlay effect.
settings :
colour 1 : black
colour 2 : dark blue (#000867)
scale : 3.85
change it to radial
blending mode : screen
on 2nd layer add gradient overlay effect
settings :
colour 1: white
colour 2 : black
blending mode : multiply
add effect : Exposure/gamma
settings :
Exposure : 0.30%
on 3rd layer add effect : channel revamp effect (RGB)
settings :
R : 0
G : 0
Add effect : directional blur
go to blending and opacity and change it to screen
On 4th layer add effect : brightness/contrast
settings :
contrast : +14%
add effect : rgb split
settings :
strength : 0.02
angle : 90.0%
center : R
add effect : saturation/vibrance
settings : -5.0%
vibrance : 1.29
