It's way better.
You can go any day, I'm not sure of Sunday, though. They open early from 3:30 am, it's better to go early.

How do you get to store everything for up to 4 months? I have pepper and tomatoes in my freezer that I stored but whenever I defrost, the tomatoes get soggy.

I store them in the freezer. I don't allow it to defrost before blending.
