I think instead of Hinata he was talking about Yui. Her dream was to move a lot and they showed the place where "that" scene took place. I don't think Hinata had a dream. He wanted to catch that ball, but that was ruined (like Otonashi said around episode 11).
This is the saddest thing. He's helping everyone move on, and is left alone with his feelings. He's just like the one who started the whole programming thing because his lover moved on

I think otonashi stayed in the afterlife a little while after kanade reincarnated to sent other people to heaven.and that blonde guy is going to be otonashi is successor and he will pass on and meet kanade in the real life

全くわからなかったけど全部見終わった後だから言える。
とてつもなく悲しいルートだけどとても優しいルートだなと思う
