10 Beverly Hills Police units are seen responding (code 3 and code 2) to a 459 (burglary) in progress along the lines of 800 N. Rexford Drive. Beverly Hills, CA - 9/11/17
Michael Yarusevich Ford would never do that they have no balls it's dodges time Chevy had there's in the 80s early 90s Ford took over in mid 90s to 2013 Dodge is the king right now Dodge is putting V8s and big cubic inches and Superchargers in every SUV and car they have with Ford second in line Ford doesn't want a rear wheel drive car besides the Mustang The Crown Victoria was supposed to die in 2006 or 2008 with the Ford 500 / Tauruses coming into production but the police department continue to demand the Crown Victoria over any other car that was out until the new interceptors became available that's the reason why Ford discontinue the ford Crown Victoria and only offered it for Fleet use as a police interceptor in 2008 to 2011 but the Grand Marquis kept going with production to 2011
You have to respect the fact that the patrol units all responded in compliance with the California Vehicle Code and they were real black and white police cars.
Love the crown Vic’s.2011 last year and dept still keeping them as much as possible. Also the new Chevy Caprices are amazing fast. Those sirens are wicked awsome tones.
Daaamn you got lucky! Loving the first clip with the Crown Vic lit up and echoing as it came out. Also nice you got some banshee! Quite the response for a burglary! But then it is Beverly Hills 😃
I dont know either. Sounds like a PA300, but a motorcycle mounted version of that siren doesnt exist. Still, good catches. Come to think of it, you may have caught one of every type of patrol vehicle that BHPD uses.
itchyboy not even close LOL there’s a bunch more but as regards the record of 10 units it’s a little more than I’ve seen but there are a lot to most calls.
COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES WHEN I SAW THE TITTLE AND WHY AM I SCREAMING!!! AHHHHH!!!! I loved it lol good catch and spot to get them responding i assume during shift change but good stuff
OH YEAH!! LAPD in action....🔥 love all the screeching tires, sirens, motorcycles, all of it man! Great spot too and btw that light doesn't seem to change to green lmao... only towards the end 😂. Great work!!
Side streets have a green when that first car gets to the intersection. A pre-emption system would turn the direction in which the emergency vehicle is traveling green to get traffic flowing so it can get out of the way. Traffic that is stopped because the cross street has a green cannot get out of the way. Here in NYC you see this all the time. If there's a fire truck, ambulance, or cop car coming, the traffic cop whistles to get the traffic in front of the emergency vehicle moving.
What is really neat here is that you have 10 black and whites respondind to a 459 (burglary) in progress. Now granted, in Beverly Hills they were more than likely "L" cars (one officer), but still an outstanding response. The only time I had 10 or more black and whites respond to my location was when I put out and "Officer Needs Help, Shoots Fired" call. Units from all 5 divisions in the San Fernando Valley responded to my location in North Hollywood Division. The point being the BHPD response reflects that of a department that officers can depend on.
14Adam27 A lot of units attach themselves without being dispatched when there's a high risk incident or when the dispatcher puts out the beep beep beep tone. And yes most of these were Lincoln units and it happened to be during a shift change. But yes BHPD really does a good job with response times and the amount of units they send to calls. Thanks for watching!
What Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and a lot of other small cities do is deploy a bunch of "L" car black and whites to give the impression that there a lot of cops on the street. It is not a bad idea. It is called "omni-presence", good and bad guys think there are more cops out there than really exisit. Problem is that most calls for service require at least two blue suits. So cop 1 gets a call in his/her area and cop 2 is assigned as back-up. A call in cop 2's area comes out but he/she is already on a call. Cops 3&4 respond to that call. Pretty soon you are out of black and whites. Never worked Beverly Hills, maybe you guys don't get back to back radio calls. Beverly Hills does border Wilshire Division and West Hollywood so you must some calls for service.
@@stevenmercado7593 - people ruin their own lives. When they get caught doing something illegal like robbing or even selling drugs and get caught, it's on the guy doing the act... Not the cops... I know that hard for you to understand, but that's reality.....
BHPD was always an agengcy I thought was very professional. WLA, Wilshire Division and West Hollywood LASD made them an island in a cesspool. Well, WLA Division wasn't so bad. KMA.
I know I'm late, but speaking with BHPD on Instagram, they have 23 vehicles for patrol. Which include 6 for K-9 and 3 for supervisors, leaving patrol with 14.
