4 eggs.
1-2 onions.
2 potatoes.

1 tomato.

Ich muß ja sagen, daß Sie lassen uns anschauen ,wie Sie die Zwiebeln und die Kartoffeln schneiden, schneiden und schneiden. Ihre Rezept is ganz gut aber Sie sollten doch nicht so lange dauern fűr alles. Meisten Dinge sind aber selbstverständlich. Danke fűr Ihre Leistung. Ich werde das kochen, bald.👍
Das Rezept mag ja ganz toll sein, aber ich muss mir doch nicht anschauen, wie geschnitten und gerührt wird. Dann kann doch schon mal vorbereiten.

Normalmente los que entramos en estas páginas sabemos cortar las cebollas y las patatas. Por qué hacer el vídeo tan largo? Con las primeras rodajas sería suficiente.

Ich habe die Eier-Zutatenmasse in kleinere, einzelne Portionen aufgeteilt.
Außerdem ein paar Semmelbrösel überstreut und danach diese kurz im Backofen knusprig braun werden lassen.
Serviert statt Röstitalern zu Geschnetzeltem in Sahnesauce…

Das beste Video, das ich je gesehen habe. So meditativ. Eine Zwiebel wird geschnitten. Jede Spalte einzeln vorgestellt und gefeiert. Und dann das ganze noch einmal, aber mit 2 Kartoffeln. Unglaublich. Und dieses Umrühren. Ich habe sofort versucht es nachzumachen. Hat noch nicht geklappt. Aber ich übe fleißig. Bald werde ich sogar Eier aufschlagen. Eines nach dem anderen. Ich bin entzückt. Und dann : Lauchzwiebeln schneiden. Mit einem Messer ! So geht das also. Wahnsinn. Die Tomaten lasse ich vorerst weg. Zu schwierig. So viele Schnitte. Ich bin ganz durcheinander. Ein sehr, sehr schwieriges Rezept. Eher was für professionelle Köche. Nix für Anfänger ! Schade !
