So it’s clear all 3 were to blame in some part in the hit and run incident!

@@j80282 it's more to it than that. U can't just change the name... Suge is a notable figure. If ppl would know WHO is being referenced, the writer can still be sued. It's like that for books too... U write an autobiography; ur supposed to get consent to name ppl. If u don't get the consent, the right way to do it is to change the name, and fictionalize or composite aspects of the character. In the movie Pain and Gain... There were more ppl involved in the murders and scams, but I'm the film it was reduced to 3 main ppl, with each having attributes from unnamed or represented ppl. That's how I keep from being sued. Suge is too well known for ppl to not catch the reference. Ross could've sued Snowfall, but wasn't beat even tho it was clearly about him. By time they got a few seasons in, the story wasn't Ross enough to prove he was the source material. I know this was long, but I hope it helped
