MRI stands for magnetic resonance imaging. This diagnostic imaging procedure can produce high quality images of your child's organs and structures. Through the eyes of one our patients, this child-friendly video can help prepare your child for getting an MRI. It was created by child life specialists at Nationwide Children's Hospital so kids can see what an MRI machine looks like, sounds like and how the MRI scan works.
