Pretending that we can achieve a balance between work and life is nonsense. Because what we call work is only the part of work for which we are paid for and the part that is supposed to be life is often filled with free care work.
Nina Strassner, Global Head of People Initiatives at the software company SAP, states in her DEEP DIVE that we should give up the illusion of being able to balance work and life. Instead, we should all look for the snippets of free time in our calendars, collect them and learn to really recharge our batteries in the time we have available.
Nina advocates breaking down clichés and asking uncomfortable questions to point out unhealthy social patterns.

Nina Strassner, Global Head of People Initiatives beim Software Konzern SAP, zeigt in ihrem DEEP DIVE, dass wir die Illusion Arbeit und Leben in Balance bringen zu können, aufgeben sollten.
