Dear Frank, America misses you already. Best wishes for a wonderful new start in Spain. More of the world deserves to hear and see you, and of course Europe has such a great love for jazz. Fare thee well, great explorer.
Ive been a fan of Frank's for over 20 years, Mr Gambale is widely respected in the professional guitar community around the world and Cuba is no exception, a monster educator and performer who masters all styles and with a superb singing voice. All the best Frank and greetings from Havana Cuba.
Doing a RUclips search of musicians I used to listen to; Frank came to mind. I've aged, my ears and head can't handle listening to the yngwies' anymore. Frank's playing is good for my ears.
Hi Frank, you are such an amazing artist. Greetings from Cyprus. Was a student of Artie Renshaw in M.I back in 1992 and you played on one of my guitars in a workshop the day you visited the college. Thanks for your musical contribution world wide. Best regards )))
I have turned the Bell on so I will receive notification of these live sessions. I am here ///raves.illuminate.perhaps, in an RV. (what3words.com address, easier than GPS coordinate) thank you so much for sharing your playful self. (Near where the Columbia River enters the USA from Canada.)
Frank , thank you for everything you have given to us guitar players. Your innovations have given so many new worlds to explore. And we all appreciate your willingness to share . Thanks again be well my friend.
You've mentioned "To the Stars" as one of your favorites and I've just recently heard that one. When it came out I had little intrest in it since it was based on a Hubbard novel and I have no respect for the guy - but recently I streamed the album and was blown away. Never mind the source material this is one of Chick's best album and absolutely stunning - I listened to nothing else for many days, it's a Masterpiece.
We all so privileged to be able to watch this. More impressive than any guitar player is You’re great personality giving to others. Having someone at your level share with us. Personally I’m more impressed with some of the stuff you played with that acoustic guitar that you pulled out of the air and how eclectic and wide based it is. Those lines you were coming up were like a bebop style outrageous totally different than anything I’ve heard you do. Don’t go to a studio just turn on that cheap microphone because when I’m hearing is heaven God bless. Please keep the music coming. You’re truly a treasure.
Frank...i couldnt make it for the live 😭😭😭...:( ....but im watching now.... You are an inspiration...one of the reasons I play guitar!...so glad I met you at NAMM 2020..remember those? Everytime I hear or see you play I WANNA PLAY..thank YOU Frank for being Frank!!
I can’t believe I missed this live stream by 3 hours. Thank you so much for sharing your immense musical knowledge with us guitar mortals Frank! It’s incredibly inspiring!
Frank you are my favourite musician . I appreciate what you do so much and I’m forever thankful for the music and music education you have given us. Your guitar school is absolutely fantastic. To which I’m a proud student. I’m so excited to see and hear what’s coming next for you. Much Love Frank.

Too late to this LIVE Q&A, but I'll say anyway, I wish I've known about you 30-40 years ago. Better late than never, though. Greetings from Aarhus, Denmark.
Hi Frank ! Late comment, but I need to let you know that you've allways been a great master of mine ! I've learned so much from you since about 1990, when I was at a french music school named C.M.C.N, where you perfomed a great master class. I still have your first ever book about modes and sweep picking ! xD ! This book changed my life, teaching me all (a lot) about harmony ! I was 22 back in those days ;) I let you do the math to figure out how old and how long an unconditional fan I am. Love you !
Hi Frank!l also realize that your chord choice is quite unique, eschewing the classic shapes and opting for close-voiced,tension-filled shapes,l would appreciate your insights on the topic for your next stream, all the best maestro!!

Hello Frank. I know this video was recorded in the Casa Battlo Gaudi building just down the street from where I'm living. I walk by it frequently on my long walks around this city. How do you like living in Barcelona?
@@FrankGambaleTV I'm a 67 year old American living with my Spanish fiance. I go for long walks around this area to the various hills to the coast and throughout the city to stay healthy. Ask Frank if he's willing to go for a walk with me sometime.
Hello new to this channel, loved the way you are picking! I am only 5 month beginner, and a little confused, what could be the difference between Sweep Picking and Directional Picking. Are they the same type of picking? :P
He's in the room on the second floor of the Gaudi designed building called Casa Battlo Gaudi across from McDonald's on Passeig de Gracia. I'm looking at pictures I have taken of it so I know which room this video was recorded.
