  • I've recently started to dip my toes into the pool that is essential oils, and I've been really enjoying experimenting with different scents and combinations. So I thought I'd share my oily collection as I begin on my essential oils journey.

I'm Lucy. I'm the camera woman, director, editor, photographer, and general organiser of all thing around these parts. I also grow babies... that's a pretty special super power!
My long suffering blogger/vlogger/instagram husband is Rich; he is amazingly supportive (and sometimes just about tolerant) of this crazy online world that plays such a big part in our lives.
Together we are parents to our little tribe of kiddos; nine-year-old Dylan, seven-year-old Everly, four-year-old Quinn and two-year-old Wylder... oh and we're parents to two fluffy babies too; Darcy (the black and white cat) and Wentworth (the grey and white one).
It's a total cliche to say it; but my little tribe is my entire world.

Interesting video I love oils and have bought young living and other well known brands in the past. YL is expensive but I do think it’s quality is the best I’ve tried. I’ve looked at revive before and been tempted though as I don’t like the sales model of YL or the price! Might give them a go as love some of the blends they dupe. Vetiver is amazing! Lemon, vetiver and lavender is my favourite diffuser blend.

It very much seems that Young Living is everywhere, but probably because it feels like everyone is trying to sell it to you and that just sits weirdly with me. I did a lot of research and Revive publish so much info about their oils regarding sources and testing (I believe they are even tested by the guy who used to test YL oils and is very respected in the industry) The fact I could get three Revive oils for the cost of one YL was the winner for me. Will definitely try Vetiver, lemon and lavender, that sounds AMAZING!
