You know, I think Andrew is inherently funny. Like not the kind that makes you burst out in laughter, but just the kind that makes you smile and enjoy watching him. And to make it even better, he's so handsome.
"It's funny in the way hanging out with your friends is funny. It's not funny like how a comedian is funny." --Adam Bianchi in one of those watching Worth It videos.
Honestly, I feel that Andrew is carrying this channel right now. I hope BF is paying him well because I'd definitely rather subscribe to his personal channel for this type of content over the other stuff BF has been (or not been) producing.
Seriously, everytime Andrew uploaded a video from this show the very next day I will get my grocery and try to recreate the meals. My favorite so far was the tofu nugget, and let me tell you maaaaan that nugget was a gift from heaven!
I would have prefered it If He Had tasted one while They were fresh And Then another when It was cold. So we would have Gotten that comparison as Well. Not only If the cold one tasted as good as the one He Had in the past.
That would be interesting, but I imagine they optimized the recipe to be eaten cold. My Grandmother is fine with cold fried chicken, and it tasted good either way. Conditioning has me wanting my fried chicken warm though. Exceptions being cold cut meat in salads, raw sushi, and that’s about it for me.
xHuntedGunzPCGx I believe They Perfected the recipe to taste amazing when cold, But it would have Been fun to see If it would be better cold than warm with that recipe. Because If it were better cold, that would be pretty interesting. If Im making any sense. I understand the cold meat in salads, Thats where i prefer it cold as well.
I’m so excited for the new season of Worth It! Curious to see what food they’re going to try but also excited because Adam’s editing and videography is always top notch 👌🏼
Hahaha Oh my gosh Andrew, thanks for making us all feel okay about messing up. I love that you leave things like getting flour on your shirt in your video. ^_^ Those look SO good! Even if they're nowhere near Ko's chicken, I'm sure it was still delicious! Also, I find it weird that cold chicken sounds so weird to so many people.. I often eat leftover chicken cold, because it's delicious! haha
I think out of everything right now on Buzzfeed I like this series the most because it the most relatable. Who hasn't tried to recreate their favorite dish from a restaurant at home before.
I've been eating cold chicken all my 64 years, I agree it taste great. My family bought the recipe from north Carolina when they moved to Philly . My youngest son tweaked the recipe with Korean flavors it's also great.
But can Momofuku Ko make a cold hamburger taste delicious and not be a textural nightmare? (Gauntlet has been thrown to Sean Gray). I applaud the chef for his PPE use but Andrew was less than 2 feet from the guy, and no mask. Undeniably dangerous. Andrew: Danger is my middle name. Adam & Steven: *groans*
Thank you for making this video. It was a delight to watch and has never cemented it more for me that I would rather buy this from the restaurant then spend a whole day working on making it myself. I'll certainly appreciate the time and effort put into making it. :)
Remember when andrew impersonated animals and people to be 'creepy', and people are all over him, then he got into this romantic plotline with ashly and people ship them so much, then buzzfeed as a whole moved on from skits and focued on this whole trying thing and he got into worth it and finally this? He went through such an arc...hes been here for quite a while
Andrew I love your remake of the foods you enjoy so much. When you make something great hot,and the next morning leftovers are as good the night before, that's a big win. I have a few of those.
okay but the lighting towards the end of that first day was gorgeous tho also it's alright, everyone knows that gettin a little flour on ya while cooking is endearing
Melody Tsao oh that’s what you meant! I was talking about the abbreviation “TO” :p Honestly I say Toronto weird anyways - usually something “tch-rawn-oh” - luckily since I’m already here I don’t have to say it out loud too much :p
chicken is quite weird in that it tastes so different hen it is hot to when it is cold. i am not a big fan of breaded chicken fresh from the friar but out of the fridge or served as party food (usually cold nuggets) it tastes so much better!
this is why, i thank Steven got Andrew for worth it. Ever since then Andrew started doing more culinary stuff and even dabbled into cooking. Before that, he was off camera and now he is back and cookin!!!
I kind of wish he had tried one hot, to see whether serving it cold is actually worth more than the novelty factor. Nothing wrong with novelty foods, but I still wanna know
I really like Andrew on his own in these videos, recreating the recipes. Also ... damn, that chicken looks so good. I want to try to make it but it's so labor intensive.
Goshh what a commitment to make these! I would've been tempted to at least try ONE of the freshly fried chicken pieces, in the justification of seeing what it would compare like to the cold version :D

He's charismatic
are we not gonna talk about how aesthetically pleasing his kitchen looks?
How about how aesthetically pleasing he is?
Very. 😊
Too cramped for me

Nah Inga is

@@grace-lb2nw I'm glad people like her but I skip all her videos.
Is it just me or did Andrew for the first time said "my buddies Steven and Adam" rather than "my pals".
I know,,, they probably home-buddies or homies🤞🏽

I'm so excited for the upcoming Worth It season premiere. Been watching a lot of their videos to prepare. :)
Eagerly waiting for the upcoming season to be premiered

@@SanskarWagley why cringe? It's a good series

Yesssss coming tomorrow!!!
when he got flour on his shirt and tried to clean it off but got himself even more covered in flour... i laughed
Andrew looks like adult “boss baby”

@@mdkanimations198 compliment for sure
Honestly, Andrew is SUCH A GREAT PRESENTER!
He deserves better than Buzzfeed!!
DUDE GET YOUR OWN CHANNEL!
Worth it should get it’s own channel

I am waiting when will Andrew release his book about "The Fundamentals of Why Something Tastes Good"
I’m so excited for the new season of Worth It! Curious to see what food they’re going to try but also excited because Adam’s editing and videography is always top notch 👌🏼
That plant is sweating bullets everytime it sees Andrew starting the camera.
Or thinking "spank me daddy".
"The fundamentals of something taste good" A book from Andrew Wilnyckyj
Andrew is literally the reason why I subscribed to BuzzFeed, so BF better be paying him well.
Andrew out here carrying buzzfeed.
Edit:Yey 48 likes the highest i ever gotten
My boy Andrew is keepin the content coming
I do love eating cold fried chicken, it’s nice hearing it be said confidently
The only acceptable cold fried chicken
gross
I see you everywhere. You comment on every video
He is slowly becoming "Just some guy without mustache"
He just tries to look like a youtuber
You're not verified
Intro be like: Steven's face eating a tamago
Yeap.
why u gotta use japanese
Or them saying tamago
Love the little extras like not panning down to the pizza, battle with plastic wrap, and struggles with wearing black and working with flour.
I love Andrew’s cooking videos and his aesthetic kitchen!!! His inquisitive personality is a plus loooool.
Andrew wearing a black shirt while using flour is perfect! I do this allllll of the time! 😂
I hope Andrew continues making stuff from Worth it, really love the idea, it’s fun to watch and Andrew is just really entertaining with food
Pétition for Steven to make a guest appearance on the show
Andrew if u r being held on a gunpoint, slap and grope the plant
"The Fundamentals of Why Something Tastes Good" somehow sounds like a good research proposal.
my favorite buzzfeed member. don't let him go (unless he wants to go then I will support him always)
5:01 I can't believe I didn't notice that he used the SHOVEL SPOON from the bento box episode all those months ago

I like when Andrew recreates different dishes. He should have his own channel other than tasty where he recreates dishes and the show Worth it

Andrew: Danger is my middle name.
Adam & Steven: *groans*
Lmao HAHAHAHAHA
I wondered about the mask and then saw he’s in a working kitchen so...right now they have to have that.
From the title alone I thought they were going to fry the chicken literally in "cold oil".
Andrew's chiropractor bill must be through the roof!!! from carrying BuzzFeed all these years EVEN through COVID-19!
man that eod lighting when andrew was dipping the chicken is just *chef kiss*
Can't wait for the new season!!!
"Oh god. This is going to be...." Yeah, what I think when I need to put stuff in my fridge too.
I was so excited/impressed when Andrew introduced Shio-koji and Yuzu-kosyo!! Love from Japan xxx
Love how at 8:00 the chicken was addressed as babies as well as bad boys in like 5 seconds
Is it just me or is his voice more high pitched. Havent watched him in a while.
Thank you for making this video.
It was a delight to watch and has never cemented it more for me that I would rather buy this from the restaurant then spend a whole day working on making it myself.
I'll certainly appreciate the time and effort put into making it. :)
I didn't expect the words "Welcome to the stove area" will appear all over again on Andrew's cooking video 😂😂. Anyway I like Andrew so much!
This is the only thing Buzzfeed makes that's worth watching.
hungry as a dog rn but I cant get outta bed 😔😔
Tried liking this twice
I want fried chicken so bad
his kitchen looked absolutely magical when it reached the end of the day

Keep up the good work Andrew :D
how interesting that you re-batter each time you fry it! It sounds so interesting and looks amazing!
Anyone else eat cold fried chicken out the fridge?
Yes
Hell no
There are two types of people...
you have fried chicken in your fridge?? lucky bastard
@@nadiajahani4092 no need if you're lazy enough
This is essentially live narrated Binging with Babish and lucky us, theyre both named Andrew.
I like this cooking show. I love anything Andrew does. His voice is so soothing.

can't wait for worth it's new season!!! ❤❤❤
I love that he has the tiny shovel from the bento box!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I love worth it so much. I’m learning English from worth it...🤗
Andrew is the human version of grumpy cat 😭😂
Myself and everybody I know have been eating cold fried chicken for decades.
Andrew and his plant the best duo ever
I like that Andrew keeps the kitchen mishaps in his videos. Makes me feel like I'm in my own kitchen.
Really loving this series. Also the chicken turned out really well tbh
huh.... Multiple fryings and batterings, never imagined this! Might have to try this myself! Thanks!
this is the most enthusiastic I’ve ever seen andrew
My SO buys wings and pretty much immediately puts them in the fridge and eats them the next day. He loves cold fried chicken
okay but the lighting towards the end of that first day was gorgeous tho
also it's alright, everyone knows that gettin a little flour on ya while cooking is endearing
So fun fact: Momofuko is a restaurant in Toronto - “TO” is short for Toronto :) (also it’s usually pronounced “tee-oh” and not “toe” xD)
Nope. I'm from the gta. We all pronounce it "toe"
Ashely Jones I’m also from Toronto! Have always pronounced it “tee-oh” :p
Melody Tsao oh that’s what you meant! I was talking about the abbreviation “TO” :p
Honestly I say Toronto weird anyways - usually something “tch-rawn-oh” - luckily since I’m already here I don’t have to say it out loud too much :p
No one brought up Momofuku in Toronto. Ko is one of the branches in the restaurant chain’s original home city of NYC.

I just clicked this video and paused now reading comments. 😜😜 Who's with me???😀😀😀
Chilled chicken, pizza, donuts, and most egg/cheese dishes are often better than when warm.
this is why, i thank Steven got Andrew for worth it. Ever since then Andrew started doing more culinary stuff and even dabbled into cooking. Before that, he was off camera and now he is back and cookin!!!
I love Andrew's home. It seems very cozy.
I feel like if Andrew really wants to learn about the fundamentals of why something tastes good, he should talk with a food scientist.
Ayee Andrew is alive
My dude was sweatin' buckets at the end there. Good job, love this stuff
Cold fried chicken, a staple of road trips in my life since 1992 😂
Need another season please I miss you guys especially adam the cutie
Guess what? NEW SEASON TOMMOROW
Miki Lin lets go baby
I kind of wish he had tried one hot, to see whether serving it cold is actually worth more than the novelty factor. Nothing wrong with novelty foods, but I still wanna know
Loved this episode!
I really like Andrew on his own in these videos, recreating the recipes. Also ... damn, that chicken looks so good. I want to try to make it but it's so labor intensive.
Thank goodness some restaurant makes these because I could never cook these so many times then wait until they were cold to eat!
Loving this series!
Goshh what a commitment to make these! I would've been tempted to at least try ONE of the freshly fried chicken pieces, in the justification of seeing what it would compare like to the cold version :D
I’ve been watching this series before COVID-19
Well here's a time stamp on a sad moment 5:40
Can we get an "F" for Andrew's poor black shirt, that shirt didn't deserve it 😂👌👌
Now I want to know what is favorite dill pickle is
Okay but like Lee's spicy chicken tenders are amazing right out of the fridge as leftovers because it's so crunchy
Some people really had to watch this video to find out cold fried chicken tastes as good as freshly hot fried chicken
Every other ingredents got overshadowed when Andrew bring out that bottle of Vodka....
I didn't think I could love Andrew more but now that I know he's into plants, that has grown exponentially.
I really thought it would be cold-fried not cold after being normally fried, but that makes a lot more sense.
Highly anticipating Worth it Season 8. Have no idea how you ppl did it but I am sure it will be great as usual.
ゆず胡椒!笑笑
Thank you for introducing “yuzukosyou “!
I like that 🐥
I’ve never tried cold fried chicken but I really wanna try it!!! But I’m way too lazy to make it HAHAHA
