I've stayed there a couple of times over the years. We only used it as a base, so can't really comment on the place. It's in a great location with plenty of bars/restaurants in easy walking distance.
Just come back from staying here fantastic place to stay at nice vibes area was perfect went to Loch Ness for dinner 3 courses 9.95 was great portions and staff fantastic also the Winchester as well and el gran sol These apartments are clean tidy
Stayed there 6 years ago was lovely, stayed at sunset Harbour this year a week ago was brilliant, pretty much the same location just further along both are great location
You seem to have missed the best bit [imho] - the huge solarium / sun terrace area overlooking Fanabe prom & the Beach. Plenty of space, not packed in like sardines. 😎
Also stayed at these apartments last September agree with previous comments we got a a really good deal but prices have doubled this year. We have booked GF Fanabe for this year at half the price of the sol sun beach apartments.
Kevin what was your overall opinion of this complex. Looking at it for next year. Was looking at La pinta but too expensive. This one looks good for location and most importantly has A/C. No recent videos on RUclips with room views.
We stayed there last August we got a good deal at the time we booked due the situation at the time, Its not a great hotel to be fair but we didn't mind as we'd paid a reasonable rate, Great view from our room of Fañabe beach! Location as you say is the big selling point! Absolutely superb location, the restaurants immediately outside the hotel are all really nice, the Chinese does a great curry! Kasino bar we were in every day for pre dinner euro pints But I've seen the prices they are charging today and I would not pay it! There are much nicer hotels in and around Fañabe for around the same price Sol Sun Beach great location but fairly basic (almost shabby) I'd only recommend if you get really good deal

I'm thinking of booking this between Christmas and New Year 2024. I have young children and worried that the bars and restaurants will be very noisy at night. Any thoughts on this please ?
Kevin I’m coming in June with my teenage son. Id love to know all the bars that do afternoon entertainment los cristianos/ adeje as I wouldn’t want to be out late would you do a walk of afternoon bars?
Hi, I would download Tenerife ABC App they list most of the shows by time on that day at play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.geniedataservices.abctenerife&hl=en_GB&gl=US Good idea for the walk, not sure I will be able to do it before June but Costa Adeje Hair of the Dog and New hoppys in Sunset Bay often have afternoon shows, Las Americas sometimes on a Tthursday Princess Dis and The Billy next to it, Leonardos also sometimes, in Los Cris Jades Bar sometimes have afternoon singer on .
The apartments are in a great area, playa fanabe shopping centre has some really good restaurants and shops we know the area well but I’ve never really noticed those apartments before, we know a guy who had the shop next to Lily’s but he must have closed due to the covid lockdown because there’s a different name above the shop
It is a great location but the only problem I had was the amount of steps in the hotel. I have osteoarthritis in my hips, knees and ankles as well as angina so the steps was difficult for me

Veneto restaurant been there so many times when the old owner (now at Azar) was still there. Good food, nice staff.

I had a coffee and scone from lily's. It was good and lady was pleasant and chatty.
Are some of the apartments privately owned
