This was my first Harley Benton almost 3 years to the day and it’s still my most played guitar despite having a G&L fallout and a Gretsch G5320. I haven’t changed a thing on it except strings and the coil split actually works great especially on the neck. I play (badly 😀) Everything from Malcolm Young to George Benson. 👍👍

Seems like a good guitar for not a lot of money.Great playing by the way. I don't know where exactly to sent suggestions so i'm gonna write it here. HB should do a bit of research, discuss it with good players and take their favorite T,S,LP ecc guitars and copy the exact dimensions of- neck shape (3d scan), neck width at nut and on last fret, fret dimensions, nut string spacing, fretboard radius, bridge string spacing and tuner positions on headstock. Then "print" it when doing cnc. These things don't cost more to produce because they are just dimensions which you have to input anyway even if you are doing 80 euro guitar.This way you could effectively copy the part of a feel of a great guitar for low cost.
Bought this guitar a few months ago, beautiful guitar but was unlucky and electronics where faulty. Did a horrible buzz and coils did not split. Sent it back for a replacement but been waiting for months... had to ask for a refund. Not the best experience to be honest... But guitar did look great.

Einziger Nachteil, sie ist echt schwer, dafür das sie halb hohl ist. Aber definitiv Daumen hoch. Sieht toll aus, fühlt sich gut an und klingt gut.

I ordered the most classy - in my opinion - the Lemon Drop, because I've seen it and played it. The price tag is unbelieveable for such a lovely instrument.......and I can hardly wait, 'till it arrives 1-2 Juli. It's a birthday present to my self (67yo). I really hope to get one extra special, because there's no need to mod this one, when it passed quality control. Greetz from Denmark

@@mettaton5348 Sorry for the late answer. The guitar needed a setup to my preference. The frets needed a polish and the fretboard some lemon oil. I was very happy with the quality, but I'll change the bridge and nut. Perhaps I'll give it locking tuners, but for now, it's a great guitar. Low action and no rough fret ends. I recommend it as good to go right out of the box 👍

I had the great luck to get my hands on the first Edition of the Aeolus in Bengal finish. The first run was with a rather chunky roasted maple neck, completely rounded steel frets and genuine Grover Locking tuners. The pickups are Tesla humbuckers with split coil knob. The finish is indeed outstanding - almost like a Duesenberg. It was a bit more expensiva and classy than the second run......and a lot better build.
Great video :) I have ordered that guitar in that color my self ! Look forward to trying it out. Concerning video production, to my hears it would be better, that the signs telling what pickups are being used. DONT make a sound. To my ears it disturbs. I really like my te62db telecaster - sounds and feels great! :)

They must be popular, I keep looking at them on the website and there’s always a long wait 14-18 weeks on last look , I like the lemon drop and the gun metal colour, I’m too impatient to wait that long though 😂

I have bought one from thoman in march but the delivery keeps being postponed because of the manufacturer. I really hope it sounds as good as it does on this video. I have been waiting for two months already and it now says that will ship in July 2020. I'm so pissed off.

The guitar is fine tough and other than a crack in the finish at the neck joint( which I have been worried about but many have told me not to) it sound good, set up was very very good and it is easy to play. I like it a lot because of the coil split. Many combination of sounds for one guitar. More than honest and surely ok for the occasional gig player. I would buy it again especially considering that it is available as Left handed.

so funny to see him kinda slumped over the guitar, as I have encountered the same situation myself when I tested 335s for the first time, and expecting them to be way larger than say LPs or Strats. I guess if you're a tall guy seated even these semi hollows will feel small ;)
I ordered a HB-35plus a few weeks ago and it arrived earlier this week with a damaged headstock and a crack right across the base of the neck. The neck is so bowed I cant play any frets above fret 12. I contacted Thomann to ask for a replacement but they are saying I have to deal with the delivery company to claim for compensation. Worst experience I’ve had with a music instrument company. Apparently it’s a great guitar if it arrives in good condition but if it doesn’t you are in for hell dealing with Thomann.
Looks like the Harley Benton HB-35 Plus Lemon Burst is going to be my next guitar purchase. Was gonna get a Epiphone Sheraton II Pro but I just can't and refuse to give Gibson Guitars anymore of my money, and for a added bonus I hope it pisses them off that they lost another sale.🤣🤣

The demonstrations for Harley Benton’s always make me want one. I think if you guys produced models that were “roadworn” like Vintage do with their icon series, I think that would propel Harley Benton up another notch again.

I think you will love it. I have the lemon drop and it's great. I also have the CST24T with P90s but the lemon drop is my fave. Enjoy that beauty 🍻🤙

You could lose that 'Whoosh' sound effect! Other than that nice demo, nice guitar.
