Active duty or Reserve ard federally owned, and they choose where she's stationed. National Guard is state owned so she'd return to Arizona after BCT and AIT. She may have to travel across the state for drill each month, depending on where her MOS trains, but she could live at home if she wanted and go to school near home. She also will have two years during which she's non-deployable if she's actively enrolled in school. Most states also have full tuition waiver for state schools
Traveling nurses get the best experiences and benefits without all of the extra stress piled up in my own opinion. Its wonderful going into the medical field. It's so rewarding knowing I help people and they put their trust and faith in me to give them the best care possible . They are your temporary family atm. ❤
I was in the same place as Bella when I was 20. Such a passion to help people, greys anatomy, medical school but after phlebotomy I found my true passion for social work! I love being a social worker so much it has helped me over come so much and become so much more self reflective! Sharing these skills with others is what makes social work so special and rewarding! I have met a lot of traveling nurses when I was in the private care business and they absolutely love all the places that they get to pick and get to enjoy to see the sights weather contractors on that site or in that state

My daughter is a nurse (UA grad) tell Bella if she ever wants to talk to a nurse about different venues of nursing my son can share his sister’s contact. There’s SOOOOO much to consider. There’s also aLOT to navigate in the nursing profession and the schooling needed

I still regret not following my dreams , I always wanted to be a kindergarten teacher but because my dad died when I was 19 I jumped right into a trade school because I could work and earn money to help my mom !

I have a cousin who did that she and her husband both were traveling er nurses usually in extremely serious cases
She would make way more as a surgeon.
