awesome, always good to hear more on the full garment side of the business.
Awesome information!! Thank you guys.
you can auto generate the color bar from print exp thats what I do
Another informative video, Thanks Alex. Hope you feel better
Alex, do you run both printers on one PC? Cable or wi-fi? Please
Do you have the print adjust issue often?
I recently purchased a A3 30” Audley from Alibaba. I went off a recommendation from one of your other videos.
It came with MainTop software. You said you use another software, would my printer be comparable with that software, too? I was just nervous purchasing another RIP and it not be comparable.
I’m literally in the beginning stages. I just unpacked my crates and trying to assemble everything pretty much my self; while teaching HS.
Any help and insight is greatly appreciated.
Did I see somewhere you were making a guide for setting up a DTF printer? Is it for sale somewhere? Cause what Audley sent me is not helping me....
Im currently going through this 🫠
@@CraftyyymamaI’m guessing that’s why you’re up chatting with Audley. I finally got it going from FB and tons of YT videos.
I noticed on your screen that your printer control software icon is present. How did you get the info to use CadLink to work with Honsoft control software? You are using Chinese printers aren't you?
Hello wanted to know who did you purchase cadlink from.
CadLink directly
HELLO!
Could you record a video show people how to use cadlink with the audley dtf printers you have ( i have the same and want to stop usong Maintop)
thanks
Yes, I have.
Here you are: ruclips.net/video/tFyQpQzWMqw/видео.htmlsi=29drld2oZ4dqH1HP
Do you know if this works with xp600 Chinese dtf 30cm
No I don’t, sorry!
What is your spot color settings in hosonsoft? my printer never fills in white just puts it on top of other colors.
maybe its the way i'm saving the file from digital factory?
Have a video coming out today about this! Get subscribed
Was waiting for this video@@chooseams
Are RIP softwares only compatible will Windows? I recently purchased an Epson ET-8550 to convert to DTF just as a starter to help me get into this. But I can't seem to figure out what software is best to use and if they're even compatible with MAC...Thanks for the help
Tbh I don’t know.
You’ll probably want a dedicated computer or laptop for the printer.
We just bought a cheap $400 one from MicroCenter and it works great. Just make sure it has a Ethernet port.
I know this probably isn’t the answer you want to hear, but hopefully it helps.
@@chooseams thanks for your help and your time!
What is the name of the computer you purchased?
Always enjoying your work and how productive you guys are ❤
A quick question though, about the temperature for the white powder through the heat if u please , is 140 enough?
Got this covered for you in tomorrow’s video!
@@chooseams thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it .
i have a world color which is the same set up and workings of an Audley duel head 24 inch printer that came with maintop rip and i have the free 15 day CAD link software and can not find the right driver it frustrating i have had this machine for now 8 months and cant get it to run CAD link not sure what to do at this point
Call their support. Free for the trial and they’re actually sort of decent if you get the right rep.
@@chooseams yeh i have been through two reps and they seem to not get it right but thanks i appreciate you getting back with me
Have they remoted in to your computer to poke around?
how can you switch from maintop to a new software
It’s pretty easy, just buy digital factory and start using it.
I did but couldn't find the printer just having issue or i'm doing something wrong or its not compatible with my machine i have a3 mini dtf 30 mm xp600 @@chooseams
Using your dtf printer, you print from Cadlink directly or do you rip in cad link & print in Hosansoft ?
Save to comp then print from hosansoft
do you have dual head or four head printheads?
Dual head
So what software is this?
Digital factory, I think he said it several times?
IS MAINTOP GOOD SOFTWARE OR BAD
Did you have a chance to watch the video I made about this?

Beautiful dtf printers
I know it’s hard to get an accurate number or answer but with your first DTF printer did you make enough to pay it off then buy the 2nd one if so. Roughly with your amount of orders how long did that take?
We were doing serious volume via outsourcing so when we got our first printer in it only took a few weeks to roi.
Maybe 6 weeks max.
That’s what I recommend, outsource till you have enough volume to run the printer all day 5 days a week. Then once you do, bring the production in house and it’ll roi in no time
@@chooseams Ok. Thank you for the response. Appreciate it
