YOUR SETUP IS POOR.....posture - exesive forward curve of thorasic spine due to either pain or poor posture habits. Which by itself results in every heavy rep not only inclined to injury expecially with no warm, no adaptation and no proper setup and bracing of the right opposing back muscles for full shoulder and spine support, while using only the main mover and in the right way....I mean if you are going to do something even if its not often, why do it poorly.....like I love the content and the mission and the message, but this is a person who punishes himself for forgetting his keys, but when it comes to risking a physical injury that can affect negatevly some aspects of his performance is quite NOT well thought for a world class chess player, but he is just having fun disregarding physical imbalances...which is fine but MY POINT IS FIRE YOUR TRAINER :D:D AND HIRE ME!.
