Our story opens this time on new character Shun Akiyama - a moneylender working out of Kamurocho - as he tries to assist one of his clients in a minor turf war. Unfortunately, its not long until things start to go badly and results in potential trouble for the Tojo Clan.
Akiyama is called upon once again to help out in the aftermath, only to be distracted when a woman named Lily arrives in his office. Lily wants to borrow an outlandish sum of money, but everything about her seems to be suspicious...
