The models were gorgeous and all that. But let's notice the band too. The struts gave a different kind of energy here this is easily the best performance in the history of victoria's secret for sure. The song was such a fit for the event. There have been alot of famous singers who performed there but their songs were just not a perfect fit and their performance mostly came out boring..this was very natural and raw performance. It only shows that rock is still better than pop music.

They were amazing!! the lyrical and instrumental composition was perfect, rock but sexy and the models synergized themselves with the music and it came together so well. One of the best live performances on the VS runway for sure.

Seriously though? It’s THE STRUTS!! Who doesn’t have fun when they are around and doing their thing? It’s like they have this energy that is so magnetic and gets everyone dancing and smiling.
I compare being at their show, to being in an amusement park. I get the same rush of adrenaline from them as if i'm on a rollercoaster, it's exciting and such a blast! If someone goes to a Struts show and don't know them or their music, I assure you, they will after the show and will NOT forget who they are & will be craving more. The most addictive band i've seen pretty much ever.

This just goes to show the importance of music in the overall feel of the show. Its easy to get some big star to play their hit, but its difficult to find music that sets a mood and really excites the models. The energy in this segment is the best I’ve seen yet, and i hope VS continues to pick music with their brain and not their wallet.

@@duffymarie3322 a big reason is people stream more than watching live TV 📺 also Rhianna has a lingerie line that has BLOWN UP(Savage Fenty) and its actually been massively outselling VS also I know some people will think this is PC or whatever but companies have to adapt to tech and changing trends too if they want to survive. Look what happened to Borders 🤷♂️. Oh and sizes too.. The ceo basically said the company won't cater above a certain size and that the company is a 'fantasy'. Also you don't really see a lot of varied things in their stores anymore.. It's basically been athletic leasure style wear with some bath and body style products the past couple years.

His live shows are insane. I saw him with all major alternative bands and The Struts stole the show,, won the crowd, and sold out of all merchandise directly after they performed.
The Struts are really good at performing live, this band is really impressive. They should be WAY more popular, they got that sound of past music that made it so great, but it's still their own, and it's just something you can't not appreciate.
In fact this was the best segment of all the show!!!! The song is really incredible and the models and angels looked gorgeous!!! Guysss you rock!! 💖💖💖💖

A Gentleman naaa it closed with a bang! Almost all the Angel, Candice taking her rightful place as the New Queen and successor of Adriana and of course the last walk of the Legend herself. The only bad thing was the Jenner but in all, best segment for a closing

This really is the segment to watch. Lais killed it. So glad she gets the fame she deserves. Candice? What an absolute goddess. She has just that aura, that spellbinding component that makes everyone stop and look at her. Only her. In awe. She's everything. Romee was as amazing as usual, the smiling girl has become the bombshell deserving her Swarovski Look. And did you see that pose?!! There you go, Naomi! Elsa is truly a diamond. What a phenomenon. That walk was one of the best of the show. She is definitely on Candice's, Romee's level, the three blonde goddesses. Her walking, posing skills, her unbelievable body, her aura and charme... She's absolutely dazzling. Cindy has still the best body on earth, absolutely divine, the only one that can beat Candice's and Stella's bodies. Sara is still the runway powerhouse we love and adore. I still hope she becomes the new Adriana. And of course Adriana herself, the queen, the Empress, the goddess of VS. I had goosebumps the whole way through. The cheer of the crowd on her pose, her smile, her tears, her last walk, that walk worth millions, shaping history, lives and conceptions. She is an outstanding phenomenon. A poor girl from a small town in Brazil ruling the world with a pose at the end of a million dollar runway... This is one of the great moments of VS. Adriana was an era, the fame of VS itself. She was the reason VS became so big. What a moment. What a walk! What a WOMAN!! She is the last old school model to go, the one that saw the rise, the fame, and the edge of glory. What a phenomenon.

I was wondering the same.. Sara is stunning, her walk is great and she has personality!
In the other hand, Martha has been kinda dissapointing those years but her opening in Halsey's segment was great!
Sara deserves way more credit, I hope she opens the show this year

Sara should had opened Downtown Angel instead of Stella !
