- I traveled to Ontario Canada to visit the last road stage I have left to visit. When I started visiting CEC stages there were 7 Road Stages left worldwide and as of the airing of this, there are only 5 left, enjoy!
Sets, Streets and Eats: A Travel Vlog. Traveling thru cities in the USA, searching for artifacts from the 70s, 80's & 90's, listening to Animatronic bands, visiting movie sets and locations and enjoying great food along the way!

Fun Fact: there was actually a CEC in Vancouver that had a 2-stage and had two floors! It closed in the late-90s or 2000s sadly.
Closed in 1995 to make way for a skytrain station 💔
They actually never had a 2-Stage, It actually became a place called Jolly Genie's Pizza Play Park and kept the Chuck E's House Facade but they actually repainted it and removed the animatronics.
They never had a MMBB Stage.
Jolly Genie's would close by 2001 and then was demolished.

I had my 4th Birthday at this one in 1984. The place was amazing.
If you haven’t seen the reopening of the hybrid store that you visited it was crazy. The parking lot was full and the line was out the door so many adults watching the stage and people dancing it was cool. #SAVE PINEVILLE
Dude you deserve a bigger fanbase, you go all over and put in hard work and dedication to make these videos for us while traveling all the time. I appreciate everything you do for the community even though I'm not a huge part of it.

Aw man the last of the road stages… I really like the road stage. It’s my personal favorite! We need to try and preserve as many CEC stages as possible! We cant let almost every animatronic from Chuck E. Cheese turn into scraps.
there is enough anamatronics saved that there can be several road stages assembled, the problem is everyone is scattered all over the country. if anyone ever arranged a meetup and convention of anamatronics collectors, that would be the best way to do it.
That’s cool that they give Jasper the same banjo from pizza time theater!
The animatronic can't hold themselves to not being quirky

REMEMBER ALL! Check if dumpster diving is legal in your area so we can keep pulling these guys from the garbage. They dont belong in the trash. Neither does the old artwork!
11:22 they still have milk jug toss. I loved playing this. One time I went to the other arcade and i played the milk jug toss and the music started playing and about 3 seconds later it beeped for about 0.10 seconds then it started the music all over again and it kept doing that but I still played it
YEAHHHH! So sorry I wasn't there, if I knew, I would have stopped by but oh well!
They may not be in the BEST of shape BUT they're still there! I make sure to give em a brush when I can and that at least makes em look a wee let grimy but they've still seen wayy better days!
Munch is missing his neck fur, they did have it but it fell off and I think they just tossed it instead of reinstalling it
Helen & Chuck did have microphones I custom made via 3d printer and the tech they had added them however a kid tore them off and we haven't put em back on
Also Chuck is just straight up missing an eyelid & they're basically dislocated off the mech from what I could see?? Very unfortunate
Jasper is possibly the best one there & Pasqually is pretty okay too!
Overall they need quite a lot of work but they don't really have the time to really work on them nor the will at this point unless it's an urgent repair

Studio C's don't even work so that wouldn't make sense, they're basically a waste of space nowadays

How to make them program again?
Saddening the conditions those animatronics are in. They’ve been in action for 33 years and won’t be for much longer. Such history behind those animatronics shouldn’t deserve to be discarded but such are the decisions the company wants to make in order to prevent anyone from preserving these relics of a once more cheery and memorable era in Chuck E. Cheese’s history.
RIP Corona's Road Stage :( I hope the Canadian stores remain unchanged, especially Toronto's big Chuck Statue location
Rlly loved that vid, the fact is you don’t talk only about animatronics like RUclipsr used to, you also talk about art on the wall, the arcades games ect and it rlly brings out of shadow that piece from America history ! Defiently feels your nostalgia thru this trip ! Awesome !

I heard somewhere (not sure exactly) that Jasper used to hold real banjos more regularly, but it would damage both the animatronic and the banjo over time.

I was super close to this location on my trip but I ended up going to the other one with the old Chuck E. Cheese statue
While you're in Ontario you should ckeck out the Willowdale location! It's a nice location with a 2-Stage in pretty good shape, but what really makes it special is that it's the last former Pizza Time Theater outside of the US, and still has an original Chuck-E statue from the 80s!
It was also my location growing up, so I would be incredibly happy to see some high quality footage of it. There is a looming threat of it getting the 2.0 treatment...

You should visit the 2 Edmonton cec stores
Other than the Road Stage at this location, a Road Stage was installed at the Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Macleod Trail) location when they opened in August 1991, and that location closed in 1994. After they closed, they sent their Road Stage to the other operating CEC in Calgary at the time on 32nd Ave, which opened in August 1988 with a Rocker Stage. The 32nd Ave location would have Macleod Trail's Road Stage until 32nd Ave would permanently close in 2003, and since then Mississauga (Dixie) has been the last Road Stage in Canada / outside the United States.

Welcome to Ontario My friend (If you haven't been here before), I'm surprised to know that most if not all Canadian Chuck e cheeses have been franchised since their openings, that's what I remember at least, may be wrong, also, I don't know if you went to CEC willowdale yet, but I'm open to tell you about willowdales CEC if you'd like
Yeah I went to that store the same night I visited here and that video will be out next week. It was a real experience and that statue is definitely one of a kind!

This was my childhood Chuck E. Cheese! So many great memories in that place! Many birthday parties! I don’t live in Canada anymore, but I visited last year, and I stopped by that Chuck E. Cheese to relive my childhood. Such a good vacation. 🥹

There will be no more retro stores confirmed by a manager who meets David. The manager told him "we should save dome more retro stores" David replied "We are not doing any more retro stores if we ever want to do more retro stores we have enough retro things in storage." So I wish we could save more stores but do not count on it....

For some reason the programming doesn't translate well from 3-Stage to Cyberamic for Pasqually's arms, meanwhile the arms move well in the 3-Stage programming, they don't when translated to Cyber 🤷♀️, a lot of stores need to adjust them too
