Only their close circle of friends, buddies, and colleagues from previous organizations, clubs, teams, and neighborhoods seem to get all the opportunities and attention.

তবে একটা জিনিস সাজেস্ট করবো। প্লেলিস্টটা যদি গুছালো ভাবে রাখতেন ভালো হতো। বিশেষ করে বিসনেস রিলেটেড ইদএপিসোড গুলো একটা প্লে লিস্টে দিলে।
ভবিষ্যতে বিশাল প্লেলিস্টের ভারে খুজে বের করা কঠিন হয়ে যাবে না হয়।😊

Local CEO understand their teams very well & can make them suffer technically at their level best for their self improvements/goals only without thinking bottom level employee sides. that's why most of the cases local executives don't like local CEO's.
Its very obvious that. No one wants to save one's ass when thousands are suffering for you & your decisions.
