You know how there’s that handheld slot in the center for him to carry his weapon? How come bullets weren’t passing through there or hitting his fingers?
He was holding it by the belts when blocking , then the sticks it into the ground again, leaning onto the weight of it, to take cover after releasing the wraps

This is great. Too bad the new anime is meh. At least in design. The original trigun series including this was better. Sorry, I like the rugged look more than the primp and tuck looking characters. Vash used to look like a punker, now he looks like a Nancy boy. Why did they do that? They look lame now. My personal opinion.
@@fragglyone7607 Yeah, but he's pretty much superhuman. I can also imagine it'd be easier to take out the sand that gets in his shoes with footwear like that
