Super Mario 64 - 16 Star Speed Run

I have always watched great speedruns and this game was my childhood so thought I'd give the game a go and after some trial and error managed to beat the game in 16 stars
It's not a world record but my goal was sub 1 hour and would be great to hear any constructive feedback, and maybe I'll get into the game a bit more.
I completed the game on Project 64 with an Xbox controller as that was the easiest way to record a run.
