Day three, Pood and I are on the quads in the long grass again, I'm lucky and get 3 boars in 3 minutes. I hope you enjoy this video. Best regards Steve
G'day Alan, Thanks for the sub! The next video will be in the Kayaks, not a lot about but we did get a few, one tough one too. Stu and Dave have great videos, Stu, Pood and I are planning to be out in June. Best regards Steve
G'day Harry we were very lucky with the weather, we also packed up early to avoid the heat, which exceed the 40's way too hot for Pood and I. The kayaks would be good at those temps, the next video is on the water. Best regards Steve
G'day Daryl Thanks for the comment, it was difficult but also held the pigs, that Noogoora burr will be a serious pin in the butt when it dry's out. Best regards Steve
G'day Kim we were lucky to get what we did considering the available ground cover, however the cover holds them to the area, so it is a double edged issue. Thanks for the comment, Best regards Steve
I was using blackhawlks with my adler I still have some left. But my LGS looks like they arnt stocking the 27pellets anymore. You using a full choke? Cheers for the vid
G'day Mr Tasty release on fore end could be a great option, the thing with straight pull is that you can push the cocking lever to chamber cartridges that haven't fully chambered. I still would love to try a release button shotty. Best regards Steve
@@stevedumesny8673 the buckmaster pb12 still has the cocking handle, has all the same things the straight pull has but with the release on the fore end. Check it out. I’ve got one paid $1575 aud for it. I’m in Victoria
G'day Don they can work too but in our experience hang over the front of the bike and make it difficult to bush bash, they also impact on steering. Even what we have impacts on steering, I guess we just get used to it. I have smashed a Tikka T3 and scope when it came loose on the front of the bike, which is why I have it in close now. Thanks for the comment. Best regards Steve
Good hunt Steve. Thanks for sharing.
G'day Donald Thanks for the comment. Best regards Steve

Great work as always mate. I’ve moved my throttle to left hand side so I can hold onto my gun with my right hand. Thanks for the video 🍺
G'day Brett That is a good idea I will have to look into that. Thank you for the comment. Best regards Steve
@@stevedumesny8673 have to use left index finger but you get used to it. I have a Honda quad too 👍🍺

@@stevedumesny8673 Look forward to seeing the videos mate. You , Stu and Pud doing some good stuff 👍🏾
Hard going in the long stuff there Steve, you need a lift kit on that quad mate.
G'day 65 CJ5 that could work, some of that stuff was higher than us. Best regards Steve

G'day Anth i was using SG 9 pellets, with full choke. SSG 27 Pellets also work well. Best regards Steve
Would love to see you use the buckmaster pb12 to see if you like it. It chambers rounds super quick and the release button is on the fore end

a pistol would of worked good at 2.47 and let you save your shotgun shells
if only our government made competent laws so we could actually use them for this reason
G'day Will13434 I agree but just too difficult to hold pistol licences. regards Steve
Have to wonder why you don't use forward pointing scabbards on the side of the front rack with the shorter shotguns like some of the others

@@stevedumesny8673 Tikka T3 runs a $1100 plus here so pretty good reason to be care full about were you put your scabbards
It's bloody hard in long grass, what shells you using Steve
G'day John That trip was mostly Blackhawk SG, I did have a few home loads in the mix to. Best regards Steve
