Helen, you have saved my joint issues during quarantine, and will continue to be part of my yoga routine post quarantine, especially as i transition to part time rv traveler. The variety of classes is perfect, and your verbal cues allow me to flow with eyes closed and relax into your voice which is soothing. Thank you for loving yoga and sharing your knowledge with our community.
Hello Helen, i just found this video because I really needed some legs work between the lock down and a course I'm taking on line....so it was so needed!! I believe this video may be a little older. You look gorgeous pregnant!!!! I love it. It reminds me my yoga teacher who at some point was pregnant too and she was guiding us through her voice from a stool sitting in a corner, but her hands were flying as if she was doing the pose!!!.....and kept apologizing because she couldn't do the pose!!! but we love her so much that we would just laugh.!!! You re such a God sent. Love you girl!!!! oxoxoxoxox
Aww, thank you so much, Terika! My little guy is 15 months old so this video is at least a year and a half old but hopefully will stand the test of time. I'm glad you found it useful. Thank you for your support :)
@@FloatingYogaSchool Yes, I figured that. When i watched the baby yoga video ..it was adorable!! That must have been your son !! It made me chuckle as I love babies!!!
hi Helen, I love savasana, but I've read that to do the yoga breathing practices require the correct lotus sitting posture, which I can't do, do you know a good excercise to learn sitting like that? Thanks!
Hi Beatrix, You definitely don't have to be in lotus for breathing practices. Some are best seated (however you're comfortable), and others can be done lying down. As far as building openness for lotus, I would suggest sitting crossed-legged, hero's pose, and eventually 1/2 lotus until you feel comfortable with both feet crossed!
Thank u so much for not giving up on us. God bless u. xoxo
