every other watch looks like a rolex submariner. even a rolex submariner looks like a gmt, which looks like an explorer. the day date looks like a date just which looks like the sky dweller. richard mille looks like a franck muller... so how now?
Ohohoh - cool down, guys! There is nothing to hate and describe as trash here! How should someone reinvent a new design if not using an existing one and creating its own kind of watch out of it? Almost every brand is doing this nowadays. So pls. respect brands with other products, even if you don't like them. There are a large number of people working for as well and its going to enrich the sometimes boring world of watches out there! Why is no one bashing Jacob&Co, or other disruptive brands? Just think about it .... And thanks to Weih Koh from Revolution to present this here!

I really don’t know what Hublot was thinking with this design direction... I like the classic fusion, I wish they would focus on that recognisable design and not keep taking influence from other brands.
Well this is perfect for someone like me because I like to be different from everyone else . Look at Richard Mille no matter the price point pretty much ALL his watches look exactly the same which is BORING and yet he charges thousands to millions. My 2 million dollar Richard Mille looks like the next guys watch who paid $200,000 so at least Hublot isn’t afraid to be different.
@@Brazconj I mean, RM has squared watches, round, and wide variety of different tonneau shapes with all kinds of tweaks (74-1/2; 67-01, 62-01,61-01, 40-01 etc). For a regular person ofc every watch looks like Rolex. But even by the color I can tell which RM is it most of the time. Dial patterns are actually very distinct. The only RM vibe Hublot I can think of is their black and white carbon 5 day tourbillon which is worth pretty much as RM.

All Hublot watches are one design in different shapes, be it round, square or tonneau. It' always authentic and recognizable, the guy in a video even explains it. Just like RM is nearly every time the same classic design in different shapes, although lately they did some awesome job tweaking it. Is AP knock off of Santos Octagon? Maybe. But there are just so many shapes out there, yet not a single part of Santos original design was stolen here.

Look at Hublots other watches, every new model is a copy of other watch brands! That overarching meaning does not come from anywhere! And btw Rolex invented the rubber strap, Hublot copied it 20-30 years later!
