    This is so helpful. How can I set up an expense policy to require receipts for all expenses? I tried and was not able to get it to work. Thanks in advance!!!

      Hi Valerie, Check the expense policy date, this date should be before the expense entry is posted. Making receipt mandatory will work only for header level and not at line level.

    Hi Sir, i got a problem when i try to post the expense report with Cash payment method , it display have error , i want to know what the necessary setup of cash payment method for expense? connect the Employee with one vendor ? Setup the offset account of this one vendor? The error when i post is '
    The transactions on voucher do not balance as per 9/4/2021. (accounting currency: 60,000.00 - reporting currency: 0.00) '

    how to cater for third-party expenses for example, a company paying an employee's personal expense directly to the third- party who is not a vendor to the company

      Hi Elvis,
      Usually personal expenses will be from credit card transactions and the credit card provider would be created as a vendor. So can you explain a business scenario for your point

      @@BharathJainD365 example, an employee incurs personal expenses like on his insurance or remittances to security fund or payment of local service tax to the regulator.theses relate to the employee personally but through an understanding with the employer, the fees are deducted and paid by the employer to the insurance company or the fund directly

      @@elvismugisa521 how I see this is, insurance payment is done for all employees right, so we can create insurance company as vendor and make a bulk payment and deduct from each employee accordingly

      Create employees as workers, add them to your legal entity in HR module. Once you are done with this step all the employees will be available in expense management

    Good effort and explanation. Few tiny mistakes, Air fare spelling, Instead of Approved reports spelled as advanced reports etc. Better to take care with clients 👍👍
